Acknowledging the fact that they were down to 10 fairly early on. I think that our method of working the ball into advanced areas sooner, was a positive sign.
Our front players had far more of the ball on the deck Tuesday night and that is the best form of defence and possession football.
Only later on did we see a period of tip tap across the back 4, and we rarely used the keeper as a sweeper.
Good stuff and hoping this is how we will take it to teams moving forwards.
