Dreadful. Lucky to get a point. Went very direct, all a bit desperate. Disorganised, passing poor, didn't really see a game plan. Every point counts I suppose. I honestly thought we had more of a gameplan on Saturday than we had tonight. I think Barton’s feeling the pressure to be so direct. |

So very poor tonight, got out of jail with that goal definately.
I’m afraid to say this set of players are nowhere as good as we thought.
Three points required Saturday, anything less and serious questions must be asked by the powers that be.

I just don’t see how anyone can truly believe that this is a manager who’s going to take us to the top ends of the division.
If anything instead of getting better we are on a steady decline and getting worse, this has been the case for 10 months now.
I think we have an okay squad but I don’t think it’s as good as we have been led to believe but it’s better than where we are after 13 games.

Finley has the vision, but I counted 4 times he saw a good run and picked the correct pass but he just doesn't have it in him anymore to deliver the ball the way it needs to be.

It's been obvious during both his playing and managing careers that he has big struggles managing himself. Logically how is he supposed to successfully manage a talented squad when his behaviour is so unpredictable, narcasistic and hypocritical. |

Well that was a terrible performance , and after 2 defeats aswell. The only saving grace being Martins excellent vision for the goal.
But lets not paper over the cracks , where is the motivation from minute one? JB is running out of time , 1 down from 4 games for me.
Not one player had a good game , AC wasteful to the point of embarrising , Crama 2 headers well wide , just a terrible spectacle.
Is there genuinly pressure on JB from our incredibly invisible owners , cos JB looks like he's got the easiest gig in the UK.

Absolute must win Saturday now, JB and the players are under pressure but have to focus on delivering now, anything else is fraudulent behaviour.

Played well plenty of times and lost.
Play abysmal & leave with a point, you’d take it.
3 points Saturday are an absolute must. Now to decide wether it’s worth getting out bed between night shifts for🙃

When was Martin ever brilliant for Rovers? The games totally bypassing him tonight, at least Loft got stuck in and won the occasional ball. just look back their through old threads and you'll see loads on here saying he's good, don't take my word for it I'm just saying what I've read on here oh look,that useless lump who should have been taken off at half time scored our equaliser against a top 7 team and someone said 'game over' when we went a goal down, brilliant!!! |
