Read their match thread on OTIB lastnight and a few were saying he was going. Some in the camp that NP had done a great job with a limited budget in consideration to previous managers especially Squeaky. His remit was to reduce the budget and squad which he seems to have done a good job in doing but had also meant he had to blood youngsters from the academy who perhaps weren’t ready - playing boys in a man’s league.
As a result many had an anger with SL that he had set NP up to fail and therefore want him gone. It’s crazy they are blaming SL and want him gone believing he’s got bored with the football club.
Surely NP has done a good job if he’s reduced the size of the squad and wage bill but still managed to keep them mid table.
Can’t believe the entitled ones stupidity - talk about be careful what you wish for.
Having Sheff Wed and QPR next up I’m sure they will scrape 6 points but if they don’t the fall out over there is going to be hilarious.

Pity, he was doing a decent job keeping them just below that glass ceiling. Hope they don't actually appoint anyone decent.

On the surface it seems he was doing a good job. Earlier this week they were close to the top 6. Seems he had issues with negotiations to extend his contract and him being unwell.
