He still came from QPR though, just like multiple others did. I guess that was ok, though? So by the same logic that you used about the size of London, surely by the same token that works in regards to Swindon or Mansfield? When Liverpool is far bigger than those places and it's also a hotbed of Football, a city that produces a plethora of professional Footballers. The same can't be said for Mansfield can it? Plus where's Aaron Collins from? What about the Geordie Maradona? Connor Taylor? They're certainly not scousers. How many of the current squad come from Liverpool? 2 or 3 is it? Ok backroom staff come from Liverpool,Just like the majority of managers they have their own backroom staff of people they know, mates, people they've worked with before. It's nothing out of the ordinary. Ian Holloway employed just as many people from London as Joey Barton did from Liverpool, he was just signing players though and that doesn't suit your weird agenda! Surely the issue is not JB/EJ bringing in all their mates but who let him do it? Why are you always so critical of JB but never blame Wael for the mess he's clearly created, TG's totally out of his depth as CEO, which is hardly his fault, which just allowed JB to do as he wanted.
I've previously posted both banning Bristol Live from the club was utter nonsense when they are the only local media outlet who still cover the club, and charging for Rovers related Tweets should have been stopped before it even started.
Fleetwood allowed JB to do something similar and he ran up £6m of debts there and he's probably done something very similar at Rovers during his spell in charge. It could be Rovers will now have to employ AM as manager as no outsider will want to work with so many of JB's staff and players.

Topper I’m not a Banned word, some on here know I used to be quite close to Wael and visited him in Jordan and socialised with him a lot. Tom was also good to me and my nephew at Peterborough away when he went and got Scott Sinclair off the bus so he could have his photo taken with him.
I still class Wael as a friend, we don’t speak much anymore and in life this happens. I can hold my hands up, Bristol Rovers come first and I found it hard when the board backed Barton when he beat up his wife, also his comments about females, everything and Wael knew this. Both are good people, but both in my opinion let a situation happen that was wrong, they let one man take over the club and we are where we are now. The buck has to stop with them, it fills with me fear that Mangs gets the job and we keep Jennings on and the mafia.

I always said to my daughter when you get your 1st boyfriend make sure he isn't a Bristol City fan, joking obviously but in all honesty that is the sort of person I wouldn't want her to come home with, not in a million years |

I don't understand how roadman is being allowed to derail every thread with his anti Barton agenda. FFS he's gone now move on. Bartons living in your head rent free.
His employing of multiple scousers gave me and my lad one of the most enjoyable seasons,resulting in promotion that I've ever had as a gashead. It was also probably in the top 10 all time of most incredible promotions achieved due to the circumstances in football league history.

Rossiter is a quality player when fit, personally I hope that's with us and he can put his injury problems behind him.
