When is the 3rd round draw? It looks like we might be in it 👏. Just our luck to get a big tie and then lose! Yeah probably, that’s exactly what happened to Derby 👀.

LIVE UPDATE! Covers off but main worry is their main stand still shadowing parts of the pitch. Attachment Deleted

Gives Taylor and the players a chance to get to know each other and perhaps the prospect of a mouthwatering tie in the 3rd round might get the players even hungrier, gutted for anybody that may have traveled already but i think this might be a good thing for us.

View AttachmentWell that was something that we never had to worry about at the Mem, just whip the tents down and let the sunshine in baby! We’re a bit fecked now mind 😁. I’m glad it’s off, I think it might have got a bit messy tomorrow otherwise, in Taylor we trust.

Great News from our point of view....
We are in the third round draw .... MT now has some time with the team before Crawley and much more importantly before a rejuvenated Cheltenham side.

The Cheltenham fixture feels me with dread they have been on good run of form despite losing in the week against Charlton They got a good result against a strong Oxford side the weekend under DC they look a completely different side to the one that couldn't score for toffee can see them staying up if the form continues the way it has

We’ve got super Matty Taylor now, we will smash them to pieces.

Assuming no danger of this being off again, this game is looking really key to build a little confidence in the dressing room and on the terraces. With 2 tough away games followed by 2 tough home games, we dont want to reach the end of the year with zero W's under MT! Vale deserves to be further up the pitch, but he looks better there than the other fit players available. Means we can play Evans further up and Collins out wide.
Cox Hunt Taylor Wilson Vale Ward Bogarde Evans Thomas Martin Collins

Hoping we don't get whalloped - if they show the same urgency and commitment / appetite as Saturday we could be embarrassed.
Really difficult run now for Taylor and a group who have allegedly ' lost confidence ' - utter tosh !!

Really difficult run now for Taylor and a group who have allegedly ' lost confidence ' - utter tosh !! I share your concerns for sure! Hopefully we learnt from the first half and start with a better side and mentality. Being away may help. We take some blame Saturday, atmosphere was fine pre kick off but as soon as the whistle sounded it was awful. Only Chelts sang. I get there was nothing to inspire the crowd, but it is a 2 way street. Worse still was the stick Cox was getting. Yes some kicks were poor but his handling, especially at crosses was good. Would have made him and the back 4 even more nervous. We really do like to destroy players confidence!
