Probably why the reason why Saturday was such a shambles,coaches leaving bust up on Friday.
I can understand why the lack of motivation etc,need stability pdq.

The staff were told that these guys would be leaving the previous Thursday. In their absence Byron Anthony has been helping out since Taylor’s first day in charge. I think Bond will leave soon - probably when Taylor brings in his former No.2. |

Not against it at all but I thought the owner wanted the staff to be the clubs staff, not associated with the manager for the time being. I guess that is pretty unlikely to ever happen or work though.
The club clearly needs stability and I am concerned that all the players were JB players and would seem to be very loyal. The manager and coaching staff leaving creates a really unsettling period for all, especially when the new manager is so different from the previous one.
Everyone is saying it and it is true that MT has a big job in his hands to just settle the club, let alone press on. I’m fully behind it though and hope he gets the time to fix.

Hopefully we'll hear something soon about improvements and investment in the scouting and recruitment departments. Not sure why these appointments are taking so long, especially with January around the corner.

Why can't the club communicate this news to us and provide some sort of clarity of what is happening moving forward... How we intend to improve and strengthen various departments? Maybe a Q&A session with the new owners, CEO and Manager. Maybe they could appoint a PR person and director of communications first, because our communication and interaction with the fanbase is diabolical!

I assume the replacements for Assistant and Whelan will be sorted once Rotherham appoint a manager and we dont pay compo for their staff?
DoF/Rectruitment should absolutely be a club appointment (with manager input naturally).
With the remaining fitness and dev coaching set up staying as is, I imagine.
Happy that this takes a little while to get right, but nervous as we are 3 weeks from a very important window and lack of coaching options not going to help us short term.

Not ideal for us now we have loads of spare seats in the dugout |

How many "resets" have we had since DC departed? The lack of continuity between the various managers is depressing.
You fear this is now going to be another season to write off if the club doesn't make some big recruitments in the next fortnight, it wasn't that long ago we thought top 6 would be a possibility once we signed JCH.

Shame about Whelan. He was a great pro and had a lot to offer in the coaching field. You sense they are all tainted by being associated with JB, nobody really knows why he departed but if it was bullying etc perhaps the board had no choice? |

Whelan in particular played a big part in our promotion and was a good servant to the football club, it's normal that the fans would want to know if he had departed or not and surely he deserves an official announcement and thanks put on the record? If they don't want us knowing these things, why list their names and roles on the official club website? |
