Maybe because it has nothing to do with us? I do find it funny when people harp on about the club not telling the fans how they run their business. Just because you want to know doesn't mean you have the right/have to know Maybe just get back to blindly supporting the team like fans are meant to lol Why have we previously announced departures of significant members of the club, if its not the fans place to know? Whelan in particular played a big part in our promotion and was a good servant to the football club, it's normal that the fans would want to know if he had departed or not and surely he deserves an official announcement and thanks put on the record? If they don't want us knowing these things, why list their names and roles on the official club website? Agree it would have been nice to have heard about them leaving as and when it happened rather than guessing based on their absence Saturday. Perhaps they are waiting to do a bulk announcement of those leaving and those arriving? A few things might speed up now that Rotherham have appointed Leam Richardson as manager. Although, their announcement doesn't clear things up from their side just yet either. |

cant see many managers with a bit of pedigree and on the wanted list will risk their reputation by accepting club appointed coaching staff . certainly interesting times ahead I presumed "club staff" would be Director of Football, Head of Recruitment and scouting network, because as you point out, can't see many managers accepting club appointed coaching staff. even then a manager can ignore 'club staff' and instead use their own contacts. |

I thought Hussain suggested club staff would be the coaches and back room staff? I assumed that meant everybody below MT and his assistant would be chosen by the club in the future, although god knows what experience the BoD have of choosing suitable coaches etc, if they seek advice from MT then surely he'll just choose all his own coaches etc anyway? Although why would any manager work with coaches he hasn't chosen? |

There’s been a clear change in communication since the new people have been involved .
I have to be honest and say I am amazed that as a fanbase we haven’t questioned more about the new directors and owners.

I do worry about the atmosphere at the club, the Mail are reporting that Taylor cancelled the Christmas party this week and some players are upset about it. Staff who they like , leaving also won’t help.
I can sense big changes in the window.
Ultimately this is the result of letting any manager run every department of the club.

I do worry about the atmosphere at the club, the Mail are reporting that Taylor cancelled the Christmas party this week and some players are upset about it. Staff who they like , leaving also won’t help. I can sense big changes in the window. Ultimately this is the result of letting any manager run every department of the club. I'm getting proper bad vibes about it all at the minute. I just hope Taylor can hold out until January because I can honestly see 5 defeats in the next 5 games and him realising the club has deep rooted issues and him walking. The atmosphere Saturday just felt wrong. I can't really explain it. |

Manager called off or called off due to the Crewe game? Flying to Dublin after the game would not get them into Dublin till at least 2130. Then could not go on the lash Sunday as have to be back and prepare for Tuesday. Was not realistic, you hope they are more professional than that. |
