At the end of day francegas , you were WRONG . You were WRONG about Starmer and currygate. Why can’t you just accept & admit this and move on ? You bought the subject up not me. Can't you move on?

Quick question to Gassy. If Starmer was the son of a poor tool maker how did he make his Millions? Obviously not through inheritance!
(Maybe paid off by Saville not to prosecute him....who knows)

For the 3rd time, can I suggest you read the actual post? I didn't say a multi-millionaire would struggle paying household bills. Can you point me exactly to where I said that? I said " millionaires can definitely have problems paying bills, depending on circumstances." EG, those who inherit property immediately become millionaires. Many millionaires with huge estates have problems paying bills, this is a known problem. Also, I'm not sure you understand what a Billionaire is. It's not someone with the worth of "£100m+". Perhaps google it. Hopefully you'll look into the detail of the posts next time Where did I say a Billionaire was worth a £100m? I was comparing two multimillionaires where in your book the one with the lesser amount would understand the struggles compared to the other. OK so someone with only £900m would understand the struggle to pay bills compared to a £1 Billionaire. Perhaps you should Google Starmer net worth and understand my reply that he personally doesn't understand etc etc Why are you comparing two multimillionaires? What relevance to the conversation did it have? I'm afraid this conversation has gone so over your head that you've confused yourself what you're even arguing against and for. For the 4th time, I invite you to go read the post again. I clearly said he'd have a better idea than a billionaire. Goodness me, I explain things less to my 3 year old! Quick question to Gassy. If Starmer was the son of a poor tool maker how did he make his Millions? Obviously not through inheritance! (Maybe paid off by Saville not to prosecute him....who knows) Relevance? For the 5th time I ask you to read the post again. I did not say Starmer inherited anything, nor did I say he is struggling to pay bills. I merely gave an example of how a millionaire can struggle to pay bills. I then gave examples of how. Like what is even your point here? You've come on without understanding anyone's posts, you've been caught out to be incorrect on multiple subjects already today. You're clearly not going to be able to admit when you're wrong, so stop digging your own grave for your own sake and move on man.

The fact that Sunak wouldn’t use the NHS for anything for him or his family as they wouldn’t wait 2 seconds . That’s the story . You peasants can wait and die if necessary, me and mine will be fine because I’m a multi millionaire. And on the flip side the Multimillionaire Starmer would rather his family use the NHS, thus helping to increase waiting times for others for potentially life saving operations, than put his hand in his pocket and pay for private healthcare. That I think is selfish. You have banged on about how people with money should pay more and when they do you say they have no morals. You couldn't make it up !! It's so good of rich people to opt for private healthcare to relieve the burden on the rest of us. Great to know the ordinary person is uppermost in the minds of the wealthy. 🙄

Gotta be honest but I really can’t understand why anyone with half a brain cell would take that racist cretin seriously, he’s got no credible policies and just bleats from the sidelines blaming every failure on immigration. imagine how thick you’d have to be to think this rotten toothed racist twat had the answers to our problems 🙄😂

That has got to be a huge worry for the Tories. They are going to lose a massive share of the vote in most constituencies and some of their rock solid seats will tumble. Happy to see that here in the sunny Chippenham constituency the Lib Dems are red hot favourites to topple the Tories in an area normally solidly blue. Well I'm not that happy actually, since I'd prefer Labour to win, but that's not going to happen so I'll take what I can get.

Just had a look on the other forum to see how the political pundits there are reacting.
With the honourable exception of Oldie, obvs, it's going ballistic. The usual suspects are frothing at the mouth at the prospect of a new regime. We're all doomed!
A fascinating read and exercise in denial and invention.

The UK is in an absolute state at pretty much every level and you literally can point out the exact decisions of why and how we got here. Every single one of them are because of the Tories. But it’s not their fault.

Putting the Great back into Great Britain (but simultaneously taking the united out of United Kingdom). They are potentially dangerous though and could well influence the direction of the Conservative Party post election hammering.

It wouldn't be a debating forum without them. The other forum is rather radically to the right. Or should I say reactionary? I don't know how or why the schism evolved. I suppose people gravitate to what they like reading but there's really no need.

The list adds up, mate! FFS do one will you. Maybe you're the one who can't read. Go back to page 71 where all I stated was about Starmer wearing a £500 coat and telling people he knows what it feels like to struggle to pay bills. You're the one who got on his high horse (nothing unusual there), bought up Sunak (something I didn't), bought up how a multimillionaire would know about struggling to pay bills compared to a Billionaire (Again you raised it not me). Mind you it's not the first time you don't read posts as you recently accused me of using words about London which I never used and apparently I accused you of mentioning Gary Lineker, again something I never did. So get your own house in order before having a go at others. PS...sorry I have difficulty at times posting a link. I never knew this was a major problem that I should be ridiculed about. Oh well.
