Suspended points deducted for a pitch invasion and game abandoned? Not sure if have we any current suspended sanctions? that would involve organisation plans and tactics. Something alien to the pitch in january

It's rank amateur mate. This is probably the work of either the fat one or the thin one that hangs onto the coattails of Abdul who are treating us like some kind of university marketing project. I wouldn't mind if it was a decent product, but that's terrible. It's even built on some clunky type of word press site. It's just awful. Your website is a window into who you are as a business/club/organisation so I suppose they have it bang off by making us look like a right bunch of amateurs. Does someone's physical make up have any relevance here? It undermines your serious and very valid point about the shoddy website. Not all of us can be Brad Pitt. Regards, Cess Pitt BS3 I don't know they're names but describing a persons make up is no different to saying the ginger person the black person. No need to be overly woke here.

I'd suggest to them that they need to make their bed at home before trying to break the international talent stage. Perhaps why the eye has been firmly off the ball? Who knows. It's also a shame that whoever created the website didn't proof read before instead of the landing page calling us Bristol rover and In "Bristol Rover we make dreams come true". Anything we try to do just looks rank amateur. I mean it's not even that hard is it. Perhaps they're planning to rename us?! Or re-locate us?

If this thread has become the Daily Mail, I'm out. Crap website agreed.

Perhaps they're planning to rename us?! Or re-locate us? How long is a flight to Kuwait? Tuesday night games might be difficult

Excellent, then we understand each other and you'll play nicely with everyone. You forgot about question mark at the end of your sentence. It was a statement Michal so ergo no question mark

I don't know about the top end goings on but they sure have been some strange decisions recently. The 140th Black Arab strip for one. Who celebrates 140? But then why have a limited edition(sic)of 1883 kits when we don't sell 800 home AND away kits in a season. Even if it costs the club £10 a shirt that's over £18k to buy the shirts. Even if we sell them at £60 we have to sell over 300 to break even and thats before staff, utilities, tax and commission. I doubt we have them on sell or return and I have seen very few people wearing them. Ok they can put the prices down year by year but what's the odds on 140th anniversary shirts still being available in 2-3 years time? Still, if the club needs some money urgently the fans can make a much needed donation of £60 in return for a shirt and a nice shiny box. I’d have thought we easily sell a couple of thousand home and away shirts each season. Whilst people aren’t wearing the anniversary shirt I’m not sure I’d expect them to - they are expensive limited edition shirts more likely to be stuck on walls than peoples backs.

We just need Pirate to let them know which future Kuwaiti stars we should be signing! I thought the whole website looked a bit 'scammy' they are charging about £320 a month for a child to be in the Academy. So, what is the plan? 1) We take Bristol Rovers to Kuwait. 2) We bring Kuwait kids to Bristol (a cheap version of PGL?). Even as a fan...: "This pioneering academy brings the expertise and heritage of Bristol Rovers, a renowned name in football, right to the heart of Kuwait." I haven't ever described us as a "Renowned name in football". OTIB will have a field day with that website. The famous Bristol Rovers don’t you know 😂

Damning words from the former Head of Catering at Bristol Rovers and now Head of Matchday & Hospitality at Forest Green. They are damming words but head of catering has absolutely nothing to do with the footballing operations, neither would he have been involved in any of the discussions upstairs ect. So to me it doesn’t have much relevance unless of course you are interested in Bristol rovers hospitality. Also if I am correct in saying Forest Green are in a dire state, bottom of league two, sacked their manager after 6 weeks….

So would say it's relevant.

I don’t know if head of catering would cover feeding them at the training ground but I’d suggest he knows more that any of us.

Seems he left May 23 so is more likely to have issue with the off the field management of the club than the new owners.
Pretty damning indeed.

A chef was recruited specifically cater for the players after training. He has a good reputation and nothing to do with Mem hospitality

I highly doubt the players would have been discussing contracts/ transfer with him. We can all do our best to knit pick things but the fact is if rovers signed 3/4 between now and the window the owners would be the best thing since slice bread. The new stand alone is probably worth 2 million, I’d much rather wait and see what happens/unfolds. Clearly things aren’t as they seem but the owners are prepared to spend money as they wouldn’t have forked out a tonne of money on a new stand and planning more works. UTG

I saw how many were going in the Royal Mail truck one day when they were collecting.
