Every game we concede, we still need an experienced keeper to Marshall the defence. Not knocking Jed Ward, feel sorry for him playing with Gordon, Crama and Wilson in front of him.
We missed Evans and Conteh so much today, they tried and we just don’t have a strong enough squad.
Baggot was a positive coming on.
Biggest clear out in years this summer, forget the players our players out of contract, I’d be moving on Brown and Wilson as well if we can.

Barton fault so it doesn't count.
Proper manager we have now, just needs 2 seasons to have his own team gelled and molded then we'll be fine.

No real surprise to lose today but a deep rooted disappointment about the lack of urgency and attitude of some players.
Chance to bounce back next week against bottom of the table who have lost six on the trot. Hope it’s not windy and raining.

Surely you would expect someone of Wilson's experience to be marshalling the defence - instead everyone seems to be pointing at one another for not picking up the free man.
Hunt's crossing is a real benefit, but he was partly at fault for the first two in my opinion.
It was always going to be uphill today with a patched up side. I thought we gave it a go second half, but we'll be a lot stronger with Evans, Conteh, Ward and Finley available for selection in midfield. Some good news on Connor Taylor would also be welcome.

Plenty of positives to take from that. Baggot and Vaughan played very well. Hunt put a shift in as well. Vaughan especially tormented them. To put it into perspective we finished the game with Conolley and Brown in central midfield, they finished the game with thier first choices. We created loads of chances, frustrating because they looked a very poor side. Shame because that team that played against stevenage would of won convincingly today.

Not really sure Gordon has done a lot wrong over the last couple of games, I can't recall any of the 5 goals we've conceded being down to him, plus he was denied a stone wall penalty today. |

I have seen some p i ss poor players in the 59 years that I have been watching Rovers. These two are among that category. If the boy Jones isn't an improvement on Gordon, then he may as well try his hand at becoming a professional tiddlywinks player. Because there is surely no hope for him Don't get me started on the useless heap of crap that is Grant. How in earth he is making a living from this game is beyond me. |

I’ve always stayed well clear of the 9s and 10s you’re right they will do your head in, break your heart , chew you up and spit you out. Then the next thing you know you’re sat on the bench at the Rovers. |

Taylor very fast in his post match - I sense one or two maybe more are done now and won’t be featuring again.
He said Vale will be available next week and Conteh ? Maybe he knows something we don’t …
