Questions that needs answering: - Sort the toilets!? - Sort the food on match day as variety and price is appalling. -who are we targeting to join the club next season, amidst what will be a whole raft of outgoings. No head of recruitment. Bright gone. Club Sec gone. Beverage guy gone. Andy media gone. 6 months.no incomings! Staff being hung out to dry, no support or help, doing multiple roles. To save some pennies! - will there be a better match day experience for families, like an 18s + environment at the minute.families and kids the future of the club. Give tickets to schools! - training ground plans or selling to move? - where are the plans for the new stand?

Question on recruitment. Have / do the club plan to look into utilising foreign player market, using the 2 available ESC slots for teams in league 1? Previously work permit rules made difficult, but serious value to be had compared to domestic market

I'd go more in depth on the stand, otherwise you'll just get the generic reply they put in the statement. - Can you walk us roughly through the East stand development. EG, are you planning to extending the current structure, build sides or knock it down and rebuild? Will the terracing on the East stand stay or are you planning to convert to seating?

Worth asking, but unless anything in concrete, they will probably say we are currently looking into all options and we will do what is best for the club.

Could someone ask about away fans allocations for the South Stand, please? I could be proved wrong, but my guess is that there will be plenty of empty seats in there for the Derby game, when we could have allocated them another block. That would bring in a minimum of £10,000 extra revenue. Are we really in a position to turn that down? Or is there a reason why we can’t give them more tickets?

Outsource the kiosk, eat before and after, see above. Outsource the head of recruitment. We've outed Bright, Club Sec, Beverage guy, Andy in media - well done - Staff have litigated against the club for their appalling employment law breaking and lack of duty of care, well we can outsource this to club solicitors to stall proceedings. Maybe we can outsource families? Maybe we can outsource schools? New Stand prep can definitely be outsourced because look what happened last time it wasn't!? Yep... that's about right. But what about plans for Santa Grotto?

If I could be there, I think my question would be along the lines of "...why are the fans asking the same questions month after month, year after year? We keep going round in circles and things that could be easily improved rarely are..." - The toilets have been a disgrace for years.
- The food (and drink) options have been over-priced and under-whelming for years.
- Engagement with the fans over longer term projects and goals (as well as shorter-term decisions) is intermittent at best - and non-existent for long periods of time.
- Local residents already don't have a massively favourable view of the club, why was there no consultation before we commenced building the South Stand?
The question is not about those topics specifically, it's about why those people who are leaders of or owners of the club (both past and present) haven't been able to focus on those issues and fix those processes yet, despite them being ongoing for years and years (and rarely as big a problem at similar clubs)...

Surely the question that needs to be asked is - why do we keep hearing tales of suppliers not being paid for work that has been done or goods supplied? Do we have a cash flow problem , a bigger financial problem or is there a system failure?
