Well it wasn’t pretty, workmanlike and ground out the victory. Three points on the board & closer to that magic 50.
Personally thought Conte was superb, Jevani very decent, Baggott had a good game & Martin finds the net yet again.

Got 1-0 Carlisle all over this. Bottom by miles and lost like 7 on the bounce. If we don’t win this today, we need fecking up the arse with the rough end of a pineapple! Thank god this won’t be happening. 😆 |

Owners really have to question whether Taylor is the right man before changing 10+ players this summer. Too early in game to jump to this conclusion. He’s the right man. Just need the right players. Keep the faith. |

Mark my words, Taylor will be gone by the end of the season and we will be bottom 6 I wouldn’t mark these words. I feel that none of these outcomes will occur. I Look forward to our progress as the season progresses. |

How many key injuries...? Question is what does he and his coaches teach them during the week, this is a absolute disgrace of a performance. It was a bad start for sure. Got better. Making progress. We are building a brighter future. Hold the hope close. |

Can't believe how well Northampton are doing this season. Makes it even more depressing Playing to their strengths with a side that’s built for league 1 football. More like league 2 from their position in the league. |

Few Ex Gas doing well at Mansfield.Another Ex ,Rollin Mayanaisse red carded to day for Aldershot.
Also recall seeing the prolific Loft score a cracker at Vale who were so impressed they later signed him but footy in the Potteries currently in the doldrums.
Still Bristol's second team lost again so not a bad Saturday overall.

So I calculate four wins in seven games. Some progress for sure.
Conteh was massive again. Delighted he signed for us. Our new era will be built around him for sure.
Some on here are just too quick to jump on and criticise and be knee jerk. For me, If Conteh is the start of our rebuild then I have confidence in Taylor’s ability to spot talent to move our team and club forward.
We’ve had loads of injuries, missing top players, and we have done OK. We can do better but we can be happy tonight.
