Just seen Carlisle's goal back for the first time. All of our players in the box defending a set piece at home v the bottom side, and of course the cleared ball comes straight back. Why do we not leave anyone up? This always frustrated me in the John Ward days Comes straight back in...wilson unable to win the head...our rightback...who appeared to be chris Martin unable to block the shot. Our actual right back was outside the box on the otherside of the pitch. Brilliant. But Wilson did win his header. You can see by Chris Martin’s reaction that he knew he should have done better. Not that I’m in any way having a go at our 14 goals in 24 games striker. Love you Chris, and assuming we’ll be activating the 12 month extension on your contract ♥️

Why do we not leave anyone up? This always frustrated me in the John Ward days I've been watching us for a long time and we have hardly ever seemed to be able to clear the ball to our own players! (Except at Wembley v Shrews!) Conversely, opposition for years have always had no trouble in doing this... it's an anomaly!

Even that one came off the back of a Shrews players head before it fell to little Sammy😄

Martin should not have been put in the position to need to be defending at that stage. P#@s poor defensive organisation....again. Untill the club get a grip on this ,Rovers will never threaten the top 8.

The goals we have given away in the last few games have been embarrassing.

Personally I think Wilson is massively over rated ...
In recent weeks he has been at fault for not challenging and allowing free headers - Stockley being the most evident. Good at berating others around him though.
Can only lump the ball forward - very little tenacity when tackling, he bottled out of multiple headers on Saturday as he seems frightened to disrupt his immaculate looking hair.
I would try and get rid in the summer but seems like we are shackled to him for another year. ( Read somewhere that we could also be stuck with Grant for another year which would be outrageous)
Taylor and Baggott could be a very good pairing.

I don't think any Rovers fan over rates him, as he's a massive disappointment even now he's finally fit.
It would be interesting to watch back Plymouth's videos from last season to see if he was just as poor for them, which seems unlikely when were promoted.
It was suggested we had an extension option with Grant for next season, unless that's triggered by appearances, then hopefully we won't take up the option.

Calling all Music Buffs / Officionados and Experts....
Last Saturday playlist had a song that had a really good bagpipes chorus / anthem part to it - I have tried to find on the match day playlist and listened to all on Spotify and still cant find it.
It has been played a few times this season and every time i miss who the band is .... Any ideas please ?

A bit of a long winded process but if you know roughly when it was played, if you can then find it on the iFollow match replay Google should then identify the song using "search for a song". It's usually fairly good at identifying songs.
Alternatively just tweet Lance Cook and ask him, I assumed he'd appreciate somebody enjoying his choice of music!
