Given that we have pretty much guaranteed our League One status, might we be looking forward to a couple of derby games next season? After they beat Southampton 3 games ago, the Teds were 4 points from the playoffs and 15 points above the relegation places, since then they've lost 3 on the bounce, 2 to teams then in the relegation places, while all the teams below them have picked up points. Now 12 points from the playoffs and only 6 above the relegation zone, and on an awful run...

Didn't realise they were that close points wise. Can't see it myself though, too many in the mix but could be a fun run in.
Typical season for them though, great start then tail off and finish mid table. Just shows the glass ceiling.

Its a nice thought ,but think they only need 2 wins and a draw or 2 for safety , but that aint a happy camp

They’ll go and win their next two and put this chat to bed.
It’s what the tramps do, every single time they’re in the brown stuff.

Funnily enough I was about to post something similar, don't usually look at Championship table but just it was just on Sky Sports News and yes 6 points off the drop zone and in poor form. Probably too late to get involved in a relegation battle, we can but hope.

Plymouth could well get relegated as they are on a poor run of form, as are Birmingham City, we might need a bigger away stand!!

The Ted's points earned per pound spent leaves them second bottom of all the teams in Europe over the last ten seasons.
Probably

Like this 😂✊ was going to post something similar but thought better not because when ever I think they might fall into that struggle zone they go and get a result.

No chance as the Gas are going up and the s... are going down... Interesting question that one, might be worth a poll, we go up, they stay up, we stay in L1, they come down, derbies in both scenarios or we go up , they come down, no derby

Whatever the outcome of this season the natives aren’t happy on OTIB So many threads on Manning Tinnion and the Lansdowns out - be careful what you wish for I say

I reckon we’d be more likely to get promoted and draw a derby that way than them get relegated.
In all likelihood the closest thing we’ll be getting to a derby is playing Derby at the Mem next season in L1

Lansdown will never let this happen.

Lansdown will never let this happen. Not much Lansdown can do now with the transfer window closed and having 3 different managers in a season rarely works. City's next 4 games are: Ipswich (A) Swansea (H) West Brom (A) Leicester (H) That's 3 form/promotion chasing sides, and a fellow S Wales relegation rival!

Don't lump them into Wales, we don't want them, they're your st*nking problem not ours 😉

One more bad result and they'll be painting the bedsheets.

For all that money spent, on the pitch they really are bad. I watched some of the game against Cardiff and it was dreadfully poor. Can't really see much difference between top end league 1 and bottom championship if that's the standard?
