Thought for the most part we defended pretty well, as an away side you'd settle for limiting them to the few chances we did. At the other end our final ball let us down too much but had Hoole scored instead of mis hitting his shot onto the post we'd be saying it was a textbook away performance. The main positive for me alongside the return of Ward was that we looked a lot more comfortable against the type of team that we normally get bullied by. Not a classic by any means but a another point on the board

Some flashes of quality from Evans and Sinclair, Taylor and Baggot did well. The rest of the game worse than parks football. Would like to see us play with more than one striker at some point.

Hoole is having a really poor game, feel he will be let go next year Thought he'd played OK, it's Gordon who's looked out of his depth. Thought both Hoole and Gordon were both absolutely awful. Bad enough to not be picked again. Vale is not a great left back but far better than Gordon and would play Crama at right back until Thomas or Hunt are fit (assuming we stick with a back 4).

Clean sheet on the road! Thought we started well 2nd half but then tool the foot off the gas. Harry Vaughan isn't cut out for league 1, too lightweight . I cringe every time I see Vaughan on the pitch, please send him back to school, reminds me of the Bubb - please NO!!!

Thought Game was Okay. Felt like MT had put in some Organisation in. Very young defence did well. Really the whole team was set up with one eye on the future. What is clear is we need pace on the break from midfield.

It's hardly the FB's fault the forwards didn't manage to score, or even seriously test the goalie, ironically Hoole came closest to scoring.

Gutsy performance, we need to be ruthless, not going to throw them under the bus but a few out there showed why they should be released.
Great to see Grant Ward back, and SS7 looking sharp.

Lincoln with a 6-0 win at home tonight, feels like it could be backs to the wall on Saturday!

Yep Saturday we need to protect our -4 goal difference. #massive task They are on a great run and tonight's result follows Saturday's 5-1 win at Barnsley. They are 3 points off of the playoffs now and must feel they have a great chance of gatecrashing the playoff party.

Matt Taylor reminds me of a particular type of paint. Flat Matt. It does the job covers the cracks uninspiring and dull

I think we all now need to accept we’re not very good, have a handful of decent players and hope that Matt Taylor can recruit players better than what we have , can perform on a regular basis and stay fit for long periods rather than have long periods on the injury list. And while he is doing that, find a good footballer who can take a long throw!

Certainly not giving a team talk I do despair with some of the people on this forum so defeatist

Lincoln with a 6-0 win at home tonight, feels like it could be backs to the wall on Saturday! We can play well against footballing sides [maybe excluding Derby!!] If Lincoln play football rather than the physical stuff, it could be interesting. Love how Conteh is coming on and contributing so much!

I quite enjoyed watching on iFollow this evening. It was not boring and we possibly could have done a bit better with some of the chances we had. A clean sheet and another point are positives.

A point away is never bad, especially against sides fighting to avoid the drop, a few positives from tonight, Jed Ward’s handling, Contah is going to be some player, Evan’s a class act & the return of Grant Ward. Lincoln away Saturday, on current form a bit daunting but let’s have a real go at them.

Well done to a very young back line against one of the divisions bully teams we usually buckle under.
