Not a great performance by the sounds of it but a solid point gained.Absolutely despise Fleetwood so nice to deny the horrible barstewards a vital win and keep them headed back to non league with a bit of luck.

Yep , sh**e game but a professional one in that it more or less guarantees us getting over the line to play league one football next season. Hope next season is a bit more exciting.

I quite enjoyed watching on iFollow this evening. It was not boring and we possibly could have done a bit better with some of the chances we had. A clean sheet and another point are positives. Yeah I thought we defended very well, their only really good chance where it looked like they would surely score was when hoole made a great sliding block with Ward beaten. We also actually created quite a few good chances but the problem this squads got is it’s not clinical enough and we’re relying on a 35 year old who’s been in the purplest patch of his career until the last two games where he hasn’t scored and neither have we. I reckon those who had the Radio Bristol commentary on rather than the fleetwood probably feel that it was more of a dire match than it actually was. I switched around the 20 minute mark and thought it wasn’t bad for a 0-0 and feel we should have won it as we were by far the better side.

Pretty happy with a point. It's not easy having to play against the teams fighting for their lives this time of the season, especially away. Fleetwood fans will be fan more disappointed than we are. They really could have done with winning this one!
Great to see Grant Ward back on the pitch. Feel like we are missing Thomas as well, we have hardly created any chances the last couple of games.
Lincoln will be very tough. They are one of those teams hitting form at just the right time making a late dash into the play offs.

I think Lincoln could be this season’s surprise contender for the playoffs - sneaky last place and in form - so not looking forward to going there this Saturday 🙄

Our away form isn’t bad either though , I think it’s one defeat in 5 with 3 wins. Hopefully it’ll be a good game.

Seems as if we have now gone back to coughlan ball. A packed turgid defensive line with one guy up top to score a goal.all them wasted years after ipswich

If Big John didn't seem to lose his way in front of goal, maybe MT would have played two up front a few times by now? Then again all season we have been short of forwards. Still, better to wait until the summer and get a player or three they actually want, than waste the Collins money on whoever was available. Good to see Greenslade score and apparently start playing well in the National League, so maybe he might get a few chances from the bench next season as 4/5th choice. I can see Martin starting about 15 and being supersub for the rest of the games next season.

Oh dear, a manager happy with a 0-0 draw against a relegation spot side that we were unable to score against over 80+ minutes. This guy concentrates on a clean sheet against Fleetwood… do it against Lincoln and then I’ll give praise, better still, go for a clean sheet every game and get the attack right as well Taylor so we can score 👍.

Let’s have a 4-1 defeat at Burton instead with 69% possession shall we? Or let’s even go for the 5-1 defeat at Morecombe with a centre half (Quansah) at the back who just marked Haaland out of the game at the weekend? You ask most fans who travel away, no one cares how we play if we don’t lose, I was at Portman Road in Cogs last game, give me that any day over Garner, Tisdale and the games above. We are Bristol Rovers, we don’t have massive budgets and when we do, idiots like Jennings blow it. You are a sad man, it’s you who makes every thread go back to your hero, 💩 🏠

Honestly, these two idiots are Rovers haters, Fleetwood just stuck 4 past Wigan at home and drew 0-0 at Stevenage.
Only these ex worshipers of the past manager could hammer a clean sheet at Fleetwood.
If Hoole scores his sitter last night, we are saying great win but the two above looking for the negatives again.

Joey B had to go… simple as that, nothing wrong with wanting a manager with some fight in them. DC showing it with Cheltenham, cotterill doing it with forest Green. One thing you have to accept in life is people will have differences of opinions so maybe put the tampon away 👍.

IF Hoole scored, “IFS” get you nowhere in life. IF your 6 lottery numbers came in you’d have been a millionnaire… what’s your point?

Hmmm, shame. It’s good to hear other people’s views and ideas of the game, all I seem to get back is Joey B comments, as I’ve said above I understand why he was sacked, we’ve moved on from that but right now I cannot see how Taylor has upgraded our side. I hope he does recruit well in the summer and the Gas can do well as that’s what we all want.
