This is the worst i've ever seen in my time supporting Rovers.
We've had some shocking teams in that time, but this under Taylor is a new low.
Not a single goal in 7 games of Football. That in itself is a sackable offence.
Get him out now.
Oh, we've definitely 'GoT oUr RoVeRs BaCk' alright!

Alarming to see the empty seats in the east stand which is pretty much season ticket there.will be lucky to sell 4k for next season and that's the budget gone.

That was terrible tonight. First time in 62 years supporting I started to leave before the end. Got as far as the corner and stood watching till their final free kick and actually turned to leave. The full time whistle went. Relief. I don’t know what’s wrong but it’s not my job to. On the other hand Matt Taylor is being paid to know …… On the other hand Joe Barton is still being paid ….. (and apparently still talking to many of the team? Is there a connection?) yes they played for him not this numpty, if he's still being paid then get him back in I say

Emptiest I`ve seen the east terrace for a league match, this season. If Taylor is sacked, he`ll need all the compensation he can get out of the club. Who in their right mind, would offer him a job after this?

Mind you we've had some real s*** periods , but I agree no goals in 7 is unforgivable, and there's still more games to go.
Carlisle have probably got more optimism than us , and they are down...anyway , for what it's worth UTG

We are three season ticket holders in the East Stand. I had a cataract operation last Wednesday and dragged myself there on Saturday. We actually couldn't face the effort of going last night. I have never missed a home game before unless on holiday. I will still go Saturday as have the tickets but I honestly don't see us winning and thankfully it is a local game rather than a trek. The passion has gone from the way they are playing now, we used to play some exciting football even if we lost. We have renewed already this season but something seriously needs to be done and quickly before the attendances drop anymore.

The cult of Joey was always going to be an incredibly difficult job to follow. At the time- I felt it should be either Mangs or Robinson from the uninspiring short list. Both candidates felt like continuity acts. Managers that would pick up the Batton.
The appointment of Matt Taylor signposted a new direction. I felt this was the wrong time but a bit of me was excited. We were over reliant on the the personality of JB and needed a constitution put in place. Unfortunately- the guys been given no tools to do the job.
Firstly, people saying Matt out? That's not enough. You have to know who can/ would come in. The trigger finger- and water poor planning got us here origninally.
Second, in my view- he still needs a chance. A new direction post Joey was always going to be tough- it's clear once the carrot of the playoffs fell away the squad motivation collapsed.

What was the attendance last night? I guess it’s hard to say as we count STs, but it didn’t look much over 5.5k home fans tbh

I hate saying it because its so soon into his tenure, but Taylor has to go. I've lost any little faith I had in him and I wouldn't trust him to lead any rebuild. Do you know who was responsible for the scouting of Conteh?

Even the nucleus of the side, the players that we'd want to keep even after a fresh restart, Connor Taylor, Kamil Conteh, Sam Finley, Anthony Evans, Luke Thomas and Chris Martin have all fallen off a cliff and have seemingly all had enough off him as well. I can't see any way back for Matt Taylor. He doesn't deserve a another chance, 7 games of Football without a single goal is the icing on the cake. He has to go.

It ended with Barton getting us relegated. and promoted Would you rather get relegated to league 2 and then promoted to league 1 or would you rather stay safe in league 1?

This could have been copy and pasted from April prior to 2 of our latest 3 promotion seasons to be fair. At least DC and JB had some success in the past, MT flopped at Rotherham and only managed Exeter for 11 games in L1. You could say that MT was a better manager than JB in the fact that Exeter got promotion higher than us in league one and that MT has managed in the Championship, which JB never has.

The board will need to be weighing up the cost of releasing Taylor from his contract against lower attendances and fewer season tickets sold next season.

Yes, the Rotherham fans are very aware that MT managed in the championship 😂.

Do you know who was responsible for the scouting of Conteh? No Read somewhere Matt Taylor had been tracking him for a while for Rotherham.
