Reading still seem to have their problems, so realistically, how much do you think it would cost to sign Sam Smith and / or Harvey Knibbs? We were supposedly going to pay £800k for JCH, rising to £1.2M. We sold Collins for £750k, and Evan's may go for £500k+. I very much doubt we'd pay it, but do you think a bid of around £1M for both would be enough? What do we think they're worth? Believe they have a good sell on fee for incoming for the Olise deal to Bayern, don't think they need to sell |

So we went from a squad of 14 to a squad of 21 in the week leading into pre-season. Plenty through the door for the first day back in the office. Funny. No signings this morning, pathetic. Will a new contract do? |

Rovers confirm Rossiter has left. Hope he at least gives a heartfelt thanks to the club for all they did for him.
Shame we only saw glimpses, but the end of hoping crocks come through i hope.

Really not a surprise.... Mixed feelings but I sense the morale, discipline and support for the manager in the camp will be far better now some have moved on.
As i mentioned before we have been really generous to long term sick players and I hope that will now become a thing of the past.

Rossiter reminds me of an old guy i used to work with. Went sick on full pay for 6 months, then when his sick entitlement ran out he resigned and claimed disibilty!!

I can’t imagine there’s gonna be that many clubs rushing to him with a 2/3 year deal with his injury record. I thought he might try and get a pay as you play deal back up north with someone like tranmere or fleetwood. |
