Few posts on X tonight suggesting we are in for both Jordan Shipley (of Shrewsbury) as a replacement for Evans who is now off to Birmingham…. Also mentions of Niall Ennis - which seems strange as he’s only recently joined Stoke? Gastric did mention earlier about some rumours surrounding a stoke player so that would work in well together |

Not too worried as thought he was overrated by some fans , he didn’t really produce much when on the pitch for us. Agreed. I’ve said it before, if he was called John Smith and from Wigan, there wouldn’t have been the excitement around him just based on his performances for us (Exeter goal aside). |

There's reports that Wigan and Derby are in for Ennis as a loan which is more understandable seeing he's only been at Stoke for 6 months....but Stoke have done some strange things in the past so buying is an option. Wages could be an issue if buying as he would be on more than our top earners!

Surely the Ennis rumours arent true? Champ and top L1 teams interested - loans being mentioned?
I can see us using the Evans/Collins money on offering a fee, but sure the wages would mean we cant compete?

pirate and others used to mention Mateusz Musialowski at Liverpool a fair bit over the last few years… anyone know what level he’s likely to go to now he’s been released at all? I reckon League One realistic, but could have interest from top level in Poland and decent clubs elsewhere. |
