Most of the players have other careers which may be more important than putting in more hours training and travelling. |

As the Girls got promoted, the Community Trust charity status means they had to step aside. We should thank Libby for her time captaining the club and being apart of so many trophies and promotions.
All speculation is redundant until an official announcement is made, if one even comes, on X her brother has commented that this decision was not hers and has been made by the club. He has also tagged HerGameToo...
Women in society face lots of pressures that we as men don't even contemplate, to think people in positions of power have no influence over decision making is very naive.

The Women's game presents situations that doesn't normally happen in the Mens game. Wasn't the Oxford Manager having a relationship with a women's team member? I always thought it was weird that this wasn't allowed. Let's say the women's team get a female manager and they then have a relationship with a member of the men's squad, should they both be fired? What if a member of the men's team has a relationship with a member of the board? Is that OK? What if a member of the Women's team has a relationship with a board member? Is that OK? It just feels like Women's players get a bit of a bad hand dealt in these situations. Should we even care? You can't help who you fall for? |

Very sad if true. Libby Bell was my favourite Rovers player last season (including the men’s team). She always interviewed well, coming across as a passionate gashead from a family of gasheads. Watching videos of her goals I think that her goals from free kicks were better than Antony Evans.
