Superb where he succeeded. And where he didn't? Well no manager can be successful 100% of the time,otherwise there would never be the need to sack anyone. But if you look at what he has achieved,especially with some of the budgets he has had to work with,then it proves he is a very good manager. I suspect that clubs like Leeds and QPR will keep on sacking managers whatever their success
