Is that the standard criteria or just randomly picked to suit you? Hutchinson is 24 and has over 150 games as a pro, Griffiths 23 and over 100 games as a pro - I wouldn’t consider these as kids caught like rabbits in headlights and scared to play league one in front of 8000 crowds. People are just looking for excuses - loads of teams have high turnover of players and loads have young squads. Bottom line is the manager is crap and getting nowhere even remotely close to getting the best out of the players (that’s the case whether it’s the previous managers players which he said were excellent when he arrived or the ones he’s bought in himself). He has no excuses and is on borrowed time. Hutchinson has never played a L1 game in the past, if it's that easy to make the transition then why bother signing L1 players, when we can just go out and sign 16 L2 players and save a fortune on wages. Until MT departs we'll never know if it's down to his poor management or like with BG the players signed simply aren't good enough. He’s your pet hate at moment…🤣 it really doesn’t take a lot of research to see that Hutchinson played 30 games in league 1 when he was fractionally older than Kofi Shaw.

The manager and closely followed by Hutchinson - league 2 at best, and that was MT’s replacement for Evan’s 🙄 Was it MT's or GF's/the VP's, given our recruitment policy seems a complete mystery? I'd be surprised if Hutch was MT's choice given yesterday hardly plays him. If he wasn’t his choice he wasn’t he a bit silly “presenting to him” to persuade him to sign? He did say himself he presented to everyone bar Forde.

We've no idea how many players were given a presentation, MT could have given one to half a dozen potential CM's, we're hardly Man C or Liverpool who usually get their first choices.

Anyone we sign in future who is either under 25 or played less than 100 league games I will expect to completely crumble straight away under the intense pressure and high quality of league one
