Fecking substitutions again Did we really need to make 5 subs with still 15 mins + AET to go, surely MT could have waited another 10 mins or so for the last 2 or 3 subs? If Charlton had scored another it could have put him out of a job tonight. Totally agree .. |

A reasonable performance against a poor side almost ruined by our Manager who decides to make 5 subs. He hasn’t got a clue. We were 3 0 up and have another game on Saturday. If players got injured, fans would have moaned that we should have rested a few. Hunt and Lindsey have had injuries and Sinclair is getting on. |

Well up until 70 minutes I thought, "who is this team in blue & white?!"
We looked bloody great.
Battling
Hard working
First to the ball
Sinclair, Wilson & Lindsay were Fantastic.
Then the subs start and we fell apart!
Got it over the line but in reality we should have had a 3-0, clean sheet there.
Keeps MT in a job for another week and have to get a result on Saturday too.
But credit where it is due, we were setup well from the start tonight and it would have been a travesty if we didn't take the the 3 points home, so well done on that front.

A win but mt is clearly not going to progress us. Dire What was dire about it when we were 3-0 up with two decent goals, it's not like we're used to watching us tear teams apart for 90 mins. |

Dreadful game management by MT yet again, yes a much needed win but that was yet another demonstration of why the clueless @*#! needs removing ASAP. Those 5 substitutions almost proved a disaster. Great we won, but 3-1 was the worse that result should had been, instead you spend 15-20 minutes sweating like a barsteward. UTFG. 🙄

Subs have f ucked us again. Just leave it while it’s settled ffs. Yep just look at the timings ,3 changes in 71st min,2 more in 78th then surprise surprise they score in the 79thvand we come under pressure. In my humble opinion he doesn't need to make any changes until the 80th,they would be more or less out the game by then ,then just bring them on one at a time to disrupt any rhythem they have and slow the game down. Problem is you can't bring 5 subs on one at a time. |

But fans would have been moaning more had Charlton equalised. We weren't in total control, but we looked pretty comfortable at 3-0, and in the blink of an eye they score within minutes of the mass of substitutions, and the whole dynamic of the game changes. This isn't to blame the subs, maybe our players aren't confident enough to adapt to these sort of changes. Maybe we can just make one or two changes when we are next in this position. Delighted we won. Pleased for MT and everyone involved. |

Good performance from the players who were really fired up and apart from the last ten mins when we just lost a bit of composure Charlton were never really in the game.
COYB now let's go and win at Burton and get our season back on track.

Mola,Wilson and Hunt were superb this evening
It's such a shame hunt can't stay fit as he's so good going forward gives us a lot more creative output.
Connor taylor was shaky all game. Not sure what's happened to him this year but Taylor Moore has to come back in for him Saturday.
