It might be a return to 3-5-2 if he wants to match up with Charlton as it seems they use that formation as well.
But I’d still fill the midfield with holding players to get a foothold in the game as we’ve been seriously overrun in that area.
Maybe Garrett for Ward if he’s not fully fit. If it’s two up top would rather start with O’Donkor or Forde than Sotiriou.

I’m hoping for at least a draw! As a few have mentioned, the midfield seems to be a problem, so we need three in there to battle it out and protect the defence. I’d go for: Griffiths Hunt Taylor Wilson Mola Ward Conteh Lindsay Thomas Omochere Sinclair Don't think Ward or Lindsay will start as only just back from injury Swap out those two for Garrett and Sortiriou who linked well with Sinclair on Saturday? Unless MT wants to match Charlton and play with 3 CB's if that's the case then swap Sousa for Sortiriou. |

Thing is it was just sat in the garage for years so it’s seized up. I mean once in a while it was was started up and backed out of the garage by Rich but was always put back in within a few days. |

Thomas dropped and Ward/Sousa have disappeared completely, as igotgas suggested earlier, Bilingo comes in from the cold straight back into the team,
Shaw's gone from starting at Posh to not even making the bench tonight.
It's almost like MT's shuffling a pack of cards and just choosing players at random!
If we lose tonight I can't see MT surviving for the Burton match.

Playing 3 at the back matches Charlton's formation, which does make some sense, although I can't understand why as the home team we have to worry about the away side's formation. |

From what I`ve seen so far this season, it really doesn`t matter which side he puts out. He can`t seem to organize or motivate any of the squad he has at his disposal. Hoping that will change tonight. Am also hoping I win the lottery on Saturday. |
