Ward was manager for most of the season after all. which is evidence the board are inept Exactly should of been sacked after the first game, it was that obvious we had nothing upfront |

So, all those Ward out threads last year, now,............he was brilliant and the board are looking for a scape goat ? was he good or bad last year ? To be honest my biggest blame goes to the players, they were very poor and took us down, the BOD could have done something I guess, sacked half of the players ! but clubs never do that.

But, it's not just him, the whole club is failing NG, i'm not asking for the board to take all the blame, far from it, but come on, a little humility please. We're losing money consistently, communication is at an all time low, as is our league position - THE WORST IN OUR ENTIRE HISTORY. We've been on the decline for at least 5 YEARS! I'm just saying, Please, Please accept SOME responsibility, it's just ridiculous, they are creating a rod here that they could have avoided just by being human a little and admitting some mistakes were made by them. If we have anyone in charge of PR, they must be wanting their P45! |

His last season at Twerton was woeful. Ward was incharge of those players last season and did little about it apart from sign the prolific Beardsley ! |

Ok, so lets take it at face value and say its all Wards fault.
How does that explain the previous 4 (at least) years?
Are they forgetting that Ward was brought in because we were failing very badly BEFORE WARD GOT HERE!!!

JTS, I see your point, I just don't get the pick on everything the BOD say and ridicule it, if they see half the rubbish spouted on forums I am sure they would have a similar opinion about supporters. They do need to wake up and get with the times as much as anything. IMO it's a west country thing.

Think this is why communication from the board to us is so difficult, because people are always picking it apart. I think a lot of this is being taken out of context. Especially the 'we wouldn't have got to where we are' comment. Think that was in terms of still existing rather than, obviously, the success we've achieved.

@bristolroverssc: NH says we will be bringing in a new external CEO when the club move into the UWE Stadium. We do not have the revenue to do so before.

I was really hoping NH would come out tonight and hold his hands up and identify where mistakes were made and the corrective action being taken. It is looking like he is not taking that chance.
