Think this is why communication from the board to us is so difficult, because people are always picking it apart. I think a lot of this is being taken out of context. Especially the 'we wouldn't have got to where we are' comment. Think that was in terms of still existing rather than, obviously, the success we've achieved. The counter to this is why a club of our size is not being run better? Clubs with much smaller home gates are regularly out performing us both on and off the pitch. What are the BOD doing wrong that means they have to keep us propped up year after year? |

Further more, not having any kind of financial plan in the event of relegation when you have spent the last 2 seasons flirting with it is frankly a dereliction of duty.

Cheers guys. A lot to think about. Very disappointed in the results as a whole but there you go. Time to press on. More signings to come and stuff to look forward to. At least the UWE is still in the works. Thanks again all for your continued support of gaschat.

We dont need outstanding players, we need a decent, organized team that play for each other and have a desire to win. |

thanx for the update ras, I should have gone tonight but i'm totally unbothered, because I didn't think the pre selected questions were the appropriate way to do a q&a session.... I asked a question myself just to see how it got handled, an woe and behold it got answered exactly how I thought it might be, without a proper answer....
think maybe impromptu is the way forward with this type of thing, otherwise it isn't a q&a.... infact it totally disables the fundamental purpose of what a q&a is set up to achieve....
