Agree there im one of those who has been hit bandy by the austerity measures, but also realise that it is necessary for the survival of the uk, i would rather live on the borderline now than not have anything in a few years inee, while you live on the borderline. The wealthy walk on by counting the benefits of the wealth that has been created for them this last 5 years. It might be ok for you, but you are being conned my friend. You deserve better and within hours hopefully a labour alternative will bring fairness to the many and not the few. A few bristol rovers fans might benefit from the Tories, many many will not.

"Vote LABOUR so they can sort this mess out again!!!" - You're a stand-up comedian aren't you ! Another 5 years and the country will not have recovered. Capitalism only works if working people have money to spend. No spending no growth. That's why the Tories failed to hit any of their financial targets in the last five years. They ran away from their record and wouldn't debate the future. Normal people, the many, really need to vote LABOUR and kick this lot out. Not long to wait now. I'm off to vote!

You really ought to give up using this loony student rhetoric. Thanks Nobby. Millions are voting for it right now. Not long now before we know the direction we go in. I'll be oK whatever happens but we don't vote for ourselves do we.

Inee, you have been conned by the right rhetoric. Here are some broken pledges by the tories. You just can't trust them! What they promised - what they did! Balance books - failed budget deficit £90billion Improve living standards - familirs are 1,100 a year worse off Protect vulnerable from cuts - one million now use food banks GP access promised 12 hours a day 7 days a week - patients face a 10 day wait in some areas We will support and improve sure start - 763 sure start centres closed Protect the NHS - 40% nhs contracts go to private firms Increase spending on flood defences - budget cut thousands of homes flooded invest in schools - 700 new schools axed Disabled into jobs - R employ factories closed and disabled subject to atos tests Create security for British businesses- hsbc the first of many planning to leave Britain due to tory uncertainty on Europe You can't trust the tories. Vote LABOUR so they can sort this mess out again!!! Rich i've not been conned by anyone, i'm not going to answer your point as ive answered those many many times, im begining to think your right to the left of old school labour, the only real difference between right and left wing is the right make no bones about where they stand, but the left always have a more hardline rightwing view than the rightwing

inee, while you live on the borderline. The wealthy walk on by counting the benefits of the wealth that has been created for them this last 5 years. A few bristol rovers fans might benefit from the Tories, many many will not. Rich whilst im on the borderline i am happy with my lot, im grateful i live in a country that helps people like me and others, the only one here who has been conned is yourself ,time and time again labour have come to power didn't fulfil their promises and blamed it on someone else , repeatedly labour have come to power after giving other parties hell gfor certain policies but hav e never reversed them then again blamed other parties. Every time i have lived under a labour government i have always been worse off, not some con or idealistic hogwash but the 100% truth. You wont like this next bit but far from being conned by anyone i dont mind the class system in this country, im working class and proud of it(or as my friends call me bottom of the pond class ) , Any country needs a mix of rich and poor, if the rich get to keep more of their money through sensible tax rates then the less ordinary people have to pay as they are less likely to move abroad and say fook it. Im beginning to think you believe more in the communist state than a capitalist one, as your post seem to suggest that the rich should not be allowed to be rich. you just need to look abroad at those type of countries and see although it looks good on paper the reality is harsh creating oppresion of the people under it and before you mention labour just remember which paranoid control freak eroded more rights and freedom than any other pm in history, brought in the equivalent of 1 law or bylaw a day during his reign of terror, and if you thing milliband will be different, think again, when you are watched from the second you leave home till the second you get back, just remember it was yourself who voted to live under that government ,not me

Could be a fun night. As it happens my family and I have prospered under a labour government. I'm not anti capitalist I just think that when working class people (I'm one and proud) have more money they spend whereas the well off save it or spend it on great holidays etc.
Labour are the only ones who really care about helping working people. If the other option is the Tories and often it is then there is only one choice.
I was driving to Exeter yesterday. All the fields and land owners had tory posters and the only labour platers were in normal middle class homes next to one another. The Tories scare people, put fear into the many. Labour always offer hope to the many.
I guess we don't agree but we can agree on believing that rovers will get promotion. Whatever happens overnight let's hope for another result next week!
Have a good evening

Get a grip ffs.
It makes very little sodding difference who you vote for. Whether you like it or not its a capitalist world and has been for 200 bleedin years. The puppet masters rule everything and there's only a few of them that control the whole bleedin show. And unless there's a world wide sodding revolution you either put up with it and make it work for you or spend yer life wining about it.
The politicians start off trying to change things, but eventually learn they can't do jack sh1t about it and decide to earn a living from it, anyone who thinks any different needs a sodding wake up call.
Tonight is just a little sodding game in which people actually believe they have a say, enjoy the occasion.

I'm not cynical about the system. Voting does change things!

Have a good evening So why were Labour voted out at the last election? Your silly rich/poor argument doesn't stand up and never has.People remember the incompetent Gordon Brown the chancellor who sold the countries gold reserves when the price of gold was at its lowest for decades costing this country billions of pounds. This buffoon was then foisted on the people as prime minister despite not a single member of the public voting for him.Labour democracy in action just like Miliband point blank refusal to give the people of this country a say on the EU.I think rich is a wind up merchant as someone couldn't possibly be so gullible and naive.

I remember when interest rates were at 15% and the Tories spent billions propping up the pound against the euro. Black Wednesday - remember it well.
Click on the owen Jones video above. Great history lesson that the Tories will not like. What did he say....
With the future of Britain at a crossroads, Owen Jones makes an impassioned plea for people to vote on Thursday. He urges the electorate to blame the people with power, not those without it. Change rarely comes from the generosity of the powerful but is fought for from below, he says. Now is the time to take action, he concludes
I'm with owen jonrs and so are millions. Less than 2 hours to go. Labour are in the lead in many of the swing seats. Time for the Tories to go and put the many first.
tories are the nasty party. Please leave and get the professionals in!

Miliband like many in Blairs cabinet has never done a days work in his life.Prescott was the only working man in that cabinet and that pig thrust his snout as deep as he could in the trough .A vile specimen just like the disgraceful Kinnock family who have their snouts firmly in the EU trough even though brother Kinnock was against the EU when he was leader of the Labour party. Ed Balls is a professional idiot who thankfully will never be in charge of Britain's economy. You are great at the wind up I will give you that.

Let's hope UKIP can get 10 seats then we can have a snap referendum on Europe and finally get out of the EU.All the rest will then fall onto place and this country can be great again.

Looks like we need something ground breaking. Still hopeful. Maybe the nation have finally realised Labour cannot be trusted. Hope so. No political party can actually be trusted, but I hope the trend that people have realised (and voted) that the Conservatives have done a good job so far continues...
