I don't mind spiders....
the midges in Scotland can do a shed load more damage to an ignorant Englishman....

The Midges in Scotland do a shed more damage. Even worse when they get beat to being No'1 in the charts by a spoof party song and then move to Wiltshire

Eeeek - poor Ras is living my worst nightmare. No photos - please!  I have a bowl of conkers by the front door, chestnut oil to spray around the door + window frames, and a couple of those plug-in things that send out some sort of electrical waves that spiders don't like. They shall not pass!  |

Watched a documentary about a tribe in Africa,and the children would go hunting for Tarantulas,poking sticks in a hole till the spider came out,grabbed it,folded it's legs onto it's back and tied them,caught about five and then took them back to the village,cooked and ate them and they loved eating them.
They seemed to worry about the hairs on the spiders not the bite.

Until i see indisputable photographic evidence of this so called giant spider I call bullshit on the whole thing.

Got it. Still alive. Put in in a bucket. Called a mate who knows about these things he reckons its proper dangerous so hes coming over tomorrow to do it in with a hammer. Phew.
