No issue with your opinion, but perhaps you could point me to a post on this thread where the charge of hypocrisy is indicated...perhaps..old bean? Well if you insist there are 3 petty one line replies from you on this particular thread and none of them add diddly squat to the 'debate'(the rest of this forum is littered with them as you well know) Ergo you are a hypocrite because you bemoan the lack of debate but your personal input is itself lacking in any way shape or form in improving the quality of the debate,do you dispute that? A question for you in return then:Is there a reason or reasons that you continue to use this forum when your general posting demeanour indicates you are wholly dissatisfied with the qualities displayed by many other posters and light hearted topics? I read the OF and then the IF (after the axe was taken to the OF)but decided to join this forum because it had many familiar posters and was more suited to my own tastes,so I dislike something I jog off,why do you stay with what you dislike so much? As I said, point me to your accusations. Then I can respond to material fact, if it exists. On the rest of your post, what you appear to be saying, pethaps, is that a dissenting voice has no place on this forum....is that correct? Is that your vision for fan involvement? Pray tell... |

Nothing like a forum thread to continue to divide a fan base... I use both ... I use the IF more as I always used it .im more used to it ..habit dictates.. the ridiculous thing is there are no 'hidden agendas' people just have different view points.. your view point is yours no matter what title a forum has... for differing reasons and in often very differing ways we ALL actually want the same thing... a more successful Bristol Rovers and maybe if we all stopped the im a better fan than u and tried to unify gasheads to support advise and offer practical criticism where its required we might have a chance.... Maybe we could form a united supporters group with that in mind .. a group where any gasheads input is welcone no matter how positive or negative ... Oh yeah ... www.bristolroversisa.org See u all wed 7pm at the mem... even the club themselves seem keen... they gave us a retweet today to publicise and u can have a pint with the profit going to the club. . Now play nice everybody ;-) |
