Seriously think Ellis will return more fired up than ever having spent a month at a sh** team in a sh** place. In fairness I spent a fair amount of time in Hartlepool a few years back and it's actually not that bad! It's probably the nicest of the towns in the Northeast that I've been to.

Pools lost 3-1 against Accrington on Tuesday night, and Moore was not happy with the performances of Nathan Thomas and Ellis Harrison.

"Hartlepool, who have not won away from home since October"
Seems like Harrison & Thomas are being lined up as the fall guys for other players previous failings?

It doesn't seem like the fans that went agree with Ronnie Moore. Comments include:
"at least the new guy put a shift in"
"Ellis Harrison has potential to be something but the rest of the team played truly awful".
If Moore is being an arse about it, as many Hartlepool fans sugest, I suspect Ellis will only be too keen to come back to Rovers as soon as possible.

He is talking absolute rubbish I asked a scout I know who lives in Manchester to pop over and run his eye over Ellis,s performance. He said that he was head and shoulders above any other Hartlepool player and was wasting his time playing there. The scouts name John Corkhill he works for Burnley

If York and Yeovil were not so bad, they would be in real trouble. They've games in hand which might help, but not if you are performing badly.

DC said he picked Hartlepool. Maybe he thought Ellis experiencing Ronnie Moore might do him good!

DC said he picked Hartlepool. Maybe he thought Ellis experiencing Ronnie Moore might do him good! This is an odd one for me as whilst it might make EH appreciate what he's got at Rovers (was EH led up the garden path by Monkhouse?) what's it going to do for his confidence if he's playing alongside players who seem to be doing their best to get Ronnie Moore sacked, who sounds a bit of a dinosaur himself, meanwhile we go into a 6 pointer v Plymouth a reserve striker down.
