As you can imagine, I've had loads of Germans asking me about Brexit. Some of the exchanges have been quite staggering. I had one guy, who I can only describe as a very senior German Banking executive, telling me that 'people like ourselves can obviously look at the facts and make a rational decision, but there are too many stupid people out there. The Brexit issue is too complicated for the idiots, who should learn to accept that we know better than them"..........this exchange stunned me into silence. Another person was telling me that the financial problems in the EU could be sorted out by "putting Germans in charge of the finances of every country", and if that were to happen there would be no need for Brexit, and he seriously believed this! They're not doing too bad though to be honest are they? Keep your eye on Deutsche Bank in the coming weeks!

I agree, they are fuckwits but I honestly can't think of more than a handful of people I know who didn't vote based on the party leader. I'm starting to wonder how safe this country is in a democracy. As you can imagine, I've had loads of Germans asking me about Brexit. Some of the exchanges have been quite staggering. They're not doing too bad though to be honest are they? Keep your eye on Deutsche Bank in the coming weeks! Did I say keep an eye on Deutsche Bank?........and their Share price continues to head downwards...... "As part of its austerity measures, Deutsche Bank will also cut some 3000 full-time jobs. Some 2,500 of these fall under private and corporate customer business. The bank has also pulled out of ten foreign markets and gotten rid of its investment banking divisions. In 2015, the institution reported a record loss of 6.8 billion euros." Germany's Deutsche Bank to close nearly 200 branches

It`s all because you tend to go long, when you think of Scarlett Johansson.

Nick Leeson was ok. He just got his + and - symbols mixed up. Just a simple accounting error. We all make mistakes. Scarlett Johansson...........oh yes, lordy lord, oh yes.

"British Prime Minister Theresa May is heading to Berlin on Wednesday and Paris on Thursday to start thrashing out the roadmap for Britain's departure from the EU." German news in EnglishIf anyone wanted further evidence why Brexit is good, then here it is. Just why should the PM have to go to the Germans and the French to discuss this? Shouldn't she be talking to Brussels? These two countries ALONE will decide what happens. The rest of the EU will just have to accept their decisions.
