www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38775362League One side Swindon Town have signed Chelsea defender Dion Conroy until June 2019 for an undisclosed fee. Conroy came through the academy system at Chelsea, but failed to make a senior appearance for the Premier League club. The 21-year-old recently returned to Stamford Bridge from a loan spell at National League side Aldershot, where he played in 15 league games. He could make his debut for the Robins when they play Bristol Rovers in League One on Saturday. Find all the latest football transfers on our dedicated page or visit our Premier League tracker here. No worries then. If he was any good they wouldn't sell him.

I have always considered Cardiff as a derby never Swindon. Always despised Swindon though.

Why isn't Swinedon a derby? I always thought it was. And still do. Are we too high and mighty these days?

Lukey doth protest too much, methinks. Anyway, can't see Charlie getting anything other than a decent reception. Agree. If it isn't an issue why bring it up at all? If I were CC I'd be watered off my coach had even brought it up. Bizarre. It's just boxing style trash talk and given their position in the league, the sherwood shadow, and having lee power as a chairman I'd suggest Williams is pretty poor at it.

Swindon seem to be bigging this up massively by using local media and Charlie as the vehicle.... Don't insult their lack of intelligence 😂 It will be local media desperate for click bait to pay their bills

Not usually a betting man but I'll have £50 on someone giving Colks a whack in the first 5 minutes.

Charlie did nothing wrong for us to give him bad reception, Lee Power however is a different person, if he turns up we should make sure he gets the welcome he deserves and keep reminding him throughout the game what a w*****r he truly is. Should be a cracking atmosphere - almost sold out for home & away. Power deserves a lot of banter. Can't wait to hear the wags (not not those wags) on the north terrace. With a tough Feb coming up we've got to win. Also need to stop the rot. Hope we batter them.

Speaking ahead of Saturday’s game and noting the following game against Oxford United the Robins John Goddard said, “I’m very excited for Saturday and it is a good one for the boys and the club because we’ve got both derbies back-to-back. It is very important that we take them one game at a time and all of our focus is on Bristol Rovers." “It will be a tough game, there will be a good atmosphere and I know a lot of Swindon fans will be making the journey down the M4, so I’m really looking forward to it. When you play at packed grounds, whether they are big or small, there is an extra buzz and Derby Days are a prime example of that. There is an extra five or ten percent meaning to the game so although there is only three points at stake, the boys are fully aware of the importance of the game.” “It will be an intimidating atmosphere and I played against Rovers in the Conference a couple of years ago so I know what the ground is like and I’m sure it will be rocking. It is up to us to try and dictate the tempo of the game and we’ll be looking to silence the crowd and that is part of our game plan. The game deserves a lot of respect and the importance of all the games at the moment is clear to see, we need some points.” Read more at www.bristolrovers.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/focus-on-swindon-town-3540085.aspx#LCijtEr25AklHmFB.99I think it is important we don't let this happen!

After City - Swindon and Cardiff are our big derbys.Newport should also be given that they are only 20 miles across the channel and we have history with the old Newport.Anyone that doesnt see this is talking rubbish. But our main and most important derby is of course with Bristol City.
