Rovers sue Sainsburys

I would describe Sainsbury's action as constructing for contract failure. The original delivery hours were quite generous and the extension application was unreasonable and designed to be turned down. Higgs had to force them to appeal which must have irritated Sainsbury who fully expected us to walk away, out of pocket, as some others have previously. So Higgs deserves credit and must preserve his stance even though he may know that the best he may realistically achieve is moderate compensation. I would urge him however to not put the very existence of BRFC in jeopardy
