Very good afternoon all round, fantastic to see everyone playing for the shirt, non stop effort, really should have scored three plus goals before halftime but no complaints from me, clean sheet and and pretty good crowd, only let down today===== Wigan.

Could Gaffney's goal today be the trigger for yet another late-season DC miracle? Clearly we are unbeatable recently, home and away, but we just don't score enough without the belly crawling serpent. A bit of confidence can make all the difference. It's not all about tactics. Mental attitude can transform things and maybe Gaffney and Bodin can now turn those draws into wins. Don't worry about us scoring, Ellis will be fit again soon!

Mansel got a tough job being the only natural defensive player in that midfield four. I don't expect him to see the game out but he'll give 100% that's for sure. Looks like we're going to really attack from the off today then hopefully shut the game out once we're in front. Opposite of what we normally do perhaps ? I called it. Great attacking performance in the first half today so good to see Rory play with a bit of confidence on the ball and we defended so well as a team in the second half. I think we can make the play offs, after that anythings possible.

I really enjoyed the game yesterday I thought it was a superb performance. A tale of 2 Rovers full of attacking prowess in the 1st half and then resolute defending in the 2nd great to see that DC has now got the balance right. I thought we might get overrun in midfield with both Sincs & Ollie missing but not a problem especially in the 1st half, we had to dig in but a tremendous result against a decent side who were hit by Billy Bob in the first minute and they never really recovered. Well done to DC & the boys onwards and upwards! By the way I thought the pitch was a bit dodgy today ha!

A really good performance yesterday. Though Chris Montano had a quiet game, and Billy Bob was a bit out of touch in the second half, as he often is. But overall tremendous stuff, and great to see Oh Rory Gaffney back at his best. UTG.

That was an example of how to deal with teams like Southend. Dominate the first half, bang in 2, then put on a class defensive performance for the second.
That, is how we do that.
