Ok, no more scab comments/jokes/etc, pretty please. Come on Antonio it was a joke, I liked his post. You should know me better than that by now? I don't agree with this competition and I won't be attending any games, but if people want to go to the games it's fine by me it's their choice. Yeah, I know, I said joke, but it's getting hard to tell. And if you can say it as a joke then you can say it, so it'll get impossible to mod.

what evidence to you have that the premier league want Under 23 teams in the EFL ? Don't you think that the chairpersons who voted to allow this competition will block any moves like that ? or do you think they are just as stupid as i am for supporting my team ? Pep calls for B teamsFA proposal for B teams
The above for starters. Plenty more evidence out there I'm sure. Many have come out stating that they would block such a move. But ultimately money talks and if the Premier League offers a good enough deal, lower league clubs would struggle to turn it down. However as Pep eludes to, the desire for Premier League clubs to enter B/U23 clubs in lower league competition is largely to play infront of healthy attendances and gain real match experience. If people withdrew their support for these games and do not attend, the match experience factor would be withdrawn thus partly removing the appeal. This whole issue was put to bed by the EFL last year. One manager's personal opinion is not going to change that.

One proposal was put to bed, which was ingrained within the wider Whole Game Solution. With the financial divide only becoming greater and the big clubs pool of youngsters increasing by the year, it's only a matter of time before another proposal is put forward.

Like your humour earlier in this thread, it must be difficult to tell if someone is joking or not because you couldnt tell if your own post was humour or not ............and you wrote it. Yes that was an ironic joke.

Those who want to go will go and must not be condemned for doing so. Anyone who actively supports an experiment which will prove hugely damaging to lower league football as we know it will inevitably be condemned. you ain't no Gashead bro

If you want to show support for the team by going then great, if you want to show support for the team by not going then great.
Both views are valid for their own reasons and whilst it generates a good debate we are all fans who want what is best for the club so shouldn't be called out either way.

Also bear in mind Harvey actually tried on a number of occasions to manipulate and deceive in regard to the attendance figures, so every person through the turnstiles is one more little sperm* coming out of Harvey's cock as he wanks over the imaginary success of his competition. *metaphorically, obviously. Is that language really necessary? I , and I shouldn't be suprised really, expected better from a moderator especially since moderators have warned posters against calling people offensive names. How about offensive language? Isn't that the same thing? Perhaps its a duel standard thing like being a supporter for watching a Gas game and being a scab not a supporter at the next game. 😂😂😂

Was a decent competition and a trophy worth winning before the introduction of the prem U23s. It's unjustified the competition should be scrapped.

Could have just took the 1 use of the word scab out rather than delete the whole post. Easier to mod for me. Been far easier if you could just play by the rules and do what the mods have asked you to do. It really isn't that hard and we aren't asking for much.

Have to say in with falsenumber9 on this. That tosser Harvey will have been desperate for people to slowly accept this awful competition and steadily start going again after the farce of last season. Clearly he was right to stick it out.

It is likely that I will attend the Mem for the West Ham game; due to a family event this weekend I am unable to watch the McFranchise game. Therefore I will exercise my right to make a decision of my own violition without worrying about others opinions, please feel free to debate my actions with or without including me in the debate. UTG Scab! And proud

How the hell has this thread got 5 pages! It’s probably got a lot more. These 5 pages are just a repeat of the other threads when we were about to have the other matches in this competition. Approaching 20 I would have thought. But I agree with your view. How? UTG!

Everyone makes their own judgement about if they go or not. We all know the arguments we don’t need others passing judgement or telling people what to do. Blimey, haven’t we seen on the threads against the owners people moaning about gates falling into the 8000 as opposed to being full with 10/11000. So on the one hand people being worried about falling gates and on the other crucifying fans who say they’re going to go. Barmy!! I won’t be going because I don’t like what the EFL are doing but respect all those who are and I hope they have a great evening supporting the gas. UTG!
