Poll aside, I take it quite a few have given up on wael announcing any infrastructure developments? If he can't afford a top-class loan signing for six months then what chance of a stadium or training ground. It was all pie or should I say sausage rolls in the sky.

Cheerio then. If he writes off the debts I’ll buy us for a £1. Yes, but will you meet the running losses of £2 m a year and develop a stadium and training ground as well? No.

We don't know enough to make an informed choice about this. It's typical of your average football fan to childishly demand change when things aren't quite going the way you want. Bit more patience required methinks. So how long does it take before an informed decision can be made out of interest? Another year, two or three more years or a relegation?

Wael has always said he would go if the fans did not want him, are we reaching that time? Depends what the alternative is.
Honestly though, a few games where things don't go perfectly and everybody cries like babies. What is happening to the world?

Wael's problem is he's all smoke and mirrors. Let US know where we are under his ownership rather than pointless conjecture and speculation all the time. If he cant progress the club to a new home then he needs to find someone that can. I quite like him as our owner, but id rather have someone who isn't as likeable that's gets things done and is more ruthless in their quest to get things progressing. To be honest I'm pretty disillusioned by it all now and its starting to reflect playing wise now as well. Exactly, I find the dislike MacAnthony gets quite interesting because although his style is not liked by some at least the guy is a straight shooter and puts his money where his mouth is. Could you imagine Darragh MacAnthony going on with Twentyman and telling us he can't tell us anything because confidentiality? Ha! The mere thought it hilarious. Given someone like him or a Wael character who is nice but has nothing to say I would take the dislikable bloke any day. I'm not looking for a drinking buddy I'm after a chairman for a football club and I think people get those two things conflated when they talk about Wael being a nice man. If you actually knew MacAnthony and how he made his money you might think otherwise darragh-macanthonys-mri-owes-me-250k.blogspot.com/Beware

As Abraham Lincoln once said - "You can fool all the people some of the time & some of the people all of the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time" After Wael's last interview this effectively reflects my thinking and I would suggest a lot of other people. Didn't Bob Marley say that

In that case nothing here makes sense, as why risk lowered attendances and relegation if you intend to sell up?

Who would want to buy us?
It's all well and good saying yeah lets sell, but who want's to buy us?
Their were 10 other potential buyers according to Waelly.

It's not that he can't afford to though is it? We have reached our SCMP and the owners are quite firm in that they don't want us to go past this as they want to make us a sustainable club. This is why money was allocated to improving the mem to give us more matchday revenue which will go straight to DC's budget. Making us more sustainable and improving the matchday experience around the mem isn't something I at all mind if I'm honest.

That was nearly 3 years ago.
As I said, It's all well and good saying yeah lets sell with out thinking who would take us over.
Bit like saying lets sack DC, with out having a clue who would take over.

I think it's more than a loss of form on the field, what about the top-6 budget, the experts that were going to develop UWE then the mem, the training ground with academy all under one roof....and an owner who will not answer questions about the future.

But what if the other nine were people that couldn't provide a proof of wealth, asset strippers or just people who had no firm plan and the means to take us forward. There certainly won't be 9 billionaires waiting in the wings to take us over, in fact I doubt there is even one, we need to be careful for what we wish for.

Think about it, it's a pittance. They could donate some money into the budget, but of course, they don't want to do that because "the supporters club won’t match their donation" or words to that effect.

"no firm plan and the means to take us forward" sounds like the Al Qadi family to me.

Well clear it's not anticipated the new bar and shop will generate enough to cover wages of a top-class loan for 6 months.

The Al-Qadi's are shrewd investors and I doubt they'd want to give up on any investments at a loss. I'd be both surprised and disappointed if they left the club without doing any of the things they desired to do when they took over.
So I'm keeping the faith for now.
