Gasheads...For how many years have you all been watching the Gas? Either put the date of your first match (if you can remember) or just the length of time. UTG.

I can't remember, but I think it was around 1970, 1971 time? Eastville, sat on the wall by the greyhound lights in the North Enclosure, with Meadgas.

5th Sept 1964. Div 3 game Home to Carlisle. Won 5-2 Alfie Biggs hat trick. I think the team was - Hall, Hillard, Jones G, Oldfied, Davis, Mabbutt, Jarman, Brown(?), Biggs,Hamilton,Jones R - no subs then! Carlise won the league that season & we did the double over them. (S*** went up with them)

First game was a Milk Cup match in 1982 watched from the North Stand terracing.
Switched across to the South terrace and started watching regularly from 1983.

First match was a 5-2 win against Barnet at Twerton on Saturday 26th of March 1994 aged 7.
I went a handful of times per season until the first season in League Two where I got my first season ticket and have had one ever since.

First game I think was 78 and we beat Crystal Palsce 3 nil. Used to go to quite a few reserve games with my Grandad in the South Stand at that time. He used to get in for 2p with a season ticket.

Dad started taking me to reserve matches at Eastville, some of my earliest memories are running around the terrace in the north enclosure. He told me i was 5yrs old so that's 56yrs, can't remember my first time watching the first team though.
