Just seen the draw. Great to be at home, should be a good one. Hopefully the usual 2000 or so turn up. It's been really good going to these games and not having to listen to the usual whingers that turn up.Most of them will be on here having a good whinge i bet Doubtless watching on sky moaning about how footballs changed.

No chance of a sell- out 4k at most although Sunderland fans got no sense so probably will sell their allowcation. Hopefully Sunderland v Portsmouth final as majority of Pompey fans are, like us, boycotting this farce. Think you might surprised, every gashead I've just spoken to at work has said they will be attending the Sunderland game eventhough they haven't been to any of the prior games.

There was only away fans there for the port vale game so it makes sense. Do that and there will be 5k there, more gate receipts and a nice £20k for it being broadcasted on TV as well.

The club needs to let Sunderland have as many fans as allowed. I don't see any problem giving then away terrace : South Stand and south west stand . We need the cash and a reasonable attendance !.

I've no problem with Under 21/23's or under 12 girls teams. I'll watch Rovers play anyone. There's little point in banging on about this. This cup is only a symptom of the inequality in football finance caused by Sky channelling the vast majority of TV money into the Premier league. The way our club is now losing money with no prospect of a fairy godfather investor, we'll go bust long before B Teams are playing in the football league. Therefore I fully intend to support the club financially at every opportunity.

I think you're missing the point. I'm not saying I'm a better supporter than anyone else. I'm not trying to persuade anyone to do anything. I happen to think the atmosphere at the Efl Trophy games have been quite enjoyable and socialable. I'd be quite happy if the same crowd turned up. The scenario you describe is a little weird though. I can only assume you've had a bad week.

You wont be allowed to take banners in, unless they say how much we all love Harvey and his cronies. Well if he won't let us take them in , he will probably be at the matches so we can tell him where we are going to shove them.

10,000 gate at the mem could bring in £200,000- £250,000 into the club badly needed money if we did get to Wembley it could be another £300,00 - £500,000, club can't afford for fans not to go to these matches. I don't agree with under 21 teams in the competition but the best way to protest is to go with banners and chant songs letting the EFL Know what we think of them . If you go and protest the EFL will know what we think, if you don't go nobody will know what your thoughts are. Games will be on tv what better audience could you have . Surely the ticket money gets split for a cup game?

Name the Wham youngsters and Swansea youngsters who we played this season - then you'll realise you are a mile off. I had to check. Swansea played 8 GB players of the 13 that took part in the game, and WHam 7.5 of 12 (there is a half because one player is dual nationality Congolese/English). So, to be fair to Swansea and West Ham, they did play a good number of British youngsters. Without checking, I'm not sure that the Man City's of this world are as good though. My main point was though that Harvey is now twisting his story - that the competition puts these players in the window for loans, and is still nothing to do with getting B teams into the leagues. I am convinced that he will continue to twist and turn until B teams are in the league, which is what he wants. Surely we should only be worried about English players and improving the English national team. Why should we care about developing Irish, Welsh and scots?

Another words £750k in total which is realistic as Lincoln made £500k with only a 40000 gate. A GAS V POMPEY final would attract about 60000 plus...
