Sorry, just how I feel at the mo. New owners, no ambition, no new ground, no new training ground - no money. Really feel cheated after 60 years of following.

Completely agree! I for the first time in a long time will not be buying a season ticket next season. I can't wait until the owners leave! On the other hand I'm a bath lad and bath city are really doing a lot more marketing than they have historically, plus have plans to redevelop whilst adding to the community in which I live and I must admit they are sucking me in a bit at the moment. Never in a million years thought I would ever feel like that as I'm blue through and through! Just feel so helpless and watered off with everything connected to rovers - we are just so tinpot for our crowd sizes and we are being mugged off!

Sorry you feel like this.... at which point in the last 60 years was it any different though ? I think that is the point. For the last 60 years we have had very little success and have made very little progress on the pitch and off it. We all got our hopes up when sir Wael rode into town on his big white horse. We thought we would get a new stadium, state of the art academy and training ground and compete on the pitch. It is now very clear we are going to undo the little bit of progress we have made in the last couple of years on the pitch and it is difficult to see that we can now move forward under the current regime. Before anyone asks I have no idea on an alternative.

But, Waelly is a nice chap and went in the away end to watch us once. Give him a break. He's a Gashead now and only wants the best for the club. He bought us new hand dryers in the bogs and got the sponsors to refurb the bar. Gasheads are so ungrateful at times.

It's fairly evident now that the progress we made over the last few years was in spite of the Al Qadis rather than because of them.

Many years ago. Well round about the middle to late eightees Rovers assembled a team from pretty much players that nobody else wanted. Five years later they were in what would be the championship today.

It is funny when people say they have never felt worse after 900 years of following us. Obviously after leaving Eastville and landing in divi 2 for 1st time, and the conf, they were on a very long cruise.

Would community ownership work? We've got enough fans and enough interest to make it work imo! Our community work is one of the things we actually have going for us! Bristol Rovers the community club!

I've been from Twerton and seen more relegations than promotions but it's not even the impending relegation that bothers me, it's my perceived lack of respect given to me from the club! That's what has changed for me! I feel mugged off! Previously we just had it rough but battled on and the fans were the club! I feel the club has been taken away from us! That's my problem!

I really feel down at the moment, I've supported the Rovers since 1966, took it on the chin when we left Eastville and followed them to Twerton, and I am not alone when we were purchased by the new owner I really thought this is fantastic owners with money to spend and take our club forward , but what really has changed apart from the good two years of back to back promotions, this season has been dreadful, I am one of those that believes Tom Nichols would score goals if he was playing off a target man and I really thought we had to get a target man in this transfer time to get out of the relegation zone, let's hope the two we have bought in really help us climb the table, to go down again would be a real kick in the teeth, however I will continue to back all the players as I have always done, but the exitment of the new owners coming in is dwindling fast, there seems to be no positive plans being spoken of, no urgency, almost as the they accept relegation is a strong possibility, if this happens where do we go from here, it's hard to think that Forest Green could be a league above us next season. Perish the thought.

Owners couldnt stand and deliver! If they do issue a statement of intent id take with a very large Vat of salt! Be lucky to sell 3000 st tickets for next season....

Five years later they were in what would be the championship today. Yep, and two years after that we were back in League 1, which I always felt was our rightful place. A decent league 1 team chasing championship football. Over the last 15 or so years we have become a team who struggle to stay in League 1 and this has not changed despite different owners. How has that happened with our large fan base?

Actually if you look at our average attendance it’s mid table league 1 and we’ve got a mid table league 1 budget. If you feel like this now then the last 20 years must have been much worse for you.
