The original poster makes no mention of Mesure our assistant Manager and Maher first team coach. I would suggest the cheapest option is to sack those two who our both common denominators of the Garner era and elevate Mansell and Hargreaves in their places. Tisdale I would suggest would cost far more to pay off and in my opinion must be given a fair chance of clearing the deadwood from this squad and Hargreaves and Mansell can then use there undoubted experience in helping to change the mindset of the players on and off the pitch. Maher was here under GC and Mesure came in the summer I know that.

PT talks a very good game and I will happily hold my hands up and admit I got sucked in. It's hard not too - I think he's a pretty impressive talker.
But having had several games now - where I was keen to give him the benefit of the doubt - it's becoming increasingly clear that, beyond the talking, there's little actual substance.
Warnings from both Exeter and MK Dons fans seem to be playing out very quickly indeed and I just wonder how much his heart really is in football management? He has his consultancy business and those other bits on the side and I do wonder whether football management is purely being used as an opportunity to further those other ventures. It sort of feels like "The Paul Tisdale Show".
Like others, I do wonder why some players haven't featured at all - especially with us playing so poorly - and with McCormick dropped to the bench for a few games recently some of the decision making was bizarre.
We got a thoroughly undeserved point (yes - it was) against Peterborough and other than that have been pretty much dire in every other game. The Accrington game was the final straw really.
I genuinely believe Wael will be praying for a miracle turnaround and doing all he can to avoid having to sack another manager. However, if we put up another poor show against Fleetwood (i.e. losing by 2 or more clear goals) I honestly think he will sack him.
And I think we will definitely lose to Fleetwood, quite possibly by 3 or more goals.

Gerry Francis played a few games at Eastville. Francis did not return until Bobby Gould left for Wimbledon
