Possibly - although I think that's harsh on Tisdale; we have games every few days, he said himself how little time there was for training. For me the responsibility lies with Ben Garner and the actual coaches at the club (e.g. defensive coach, fitness coach, goalkeeping coach etc. etc.) All the coaches are still at the club, not one has left, BG's clearly must be referring to Garner and Tisdale, as he even says they can give him a call to discuss his views, I doubt he'd be saying that if he was referring to coaches he's sees on a day to day basis given that they are still at the club. Perhaps. Bit rich from Joey given he's currently doing worse than both of them.

In reality nobody can get anything from the players. In addition, the recruitment, fitness and coaching of he players all needs thorough investigation. Three managers all achieved poor results. One common denominator is the players. The squad is not good enough for L1 level of football. Some of these players may well thrive in successful L1 teams but collectively they are inadequate.
It's hard to think of any of the current fit first team squad you'd want next season regardless of division. In JB's case, he deserves much longer to prove his worth. He inherited a bunch of misfits whose fragilityI suspect even surprised him.

Plus most of the players are knackered Tisdale lost Ogogo shortly after he recalled him from his loan spell, let's be honest if Tisdale was still in charge we'd be all calling for him to be sacked if we'd had a similar run of results. Just a thought but if JB's as good as he seems to think he is then why aren't Fleetwood pushing for a top 6 spot?

What’s your point?

How can anyone read that and not agree with most of what he said.. Because people have their heads firmly in the sand. Same brigade who were crying when there was talk about a new stadium and championship football. Some fans love being ‘rag bag’ rovers and don’t want anything to change. I agree..I think some of the reason why our club hasn't progressed over the years like it should had is because of that old Bath mentality between some of our fanbase...Ragbag Rovers. But a club with our potential fanbase, and from the City the size of ours should be demanding more than the mem and L1/ L2 football. Like them or hate them ,but that mob across the road don't take sh** and moan and show a lack of support towards there club at times, yet look at what they have developed over the past decade compared to us..

I can't really understand Wael's thinking in spending £m's at the Quarters but zero on a stadium. It'll be interesting to see if season ticket sells hold up next season if we're playing L2 football.

Sorry, I don't agree with that at all. Sure, an apathetic fanbase is hardly going to help, but a fanbase that goes in kicking and screaming and baying for blood at not having a new stadium built, is that going to magic up the funds to get it done? Would Wael, Higgs or any previous chairmen have said "Oh balls, these guys aren't taking sh** anymore, we better actually build a stadium now"?

No it's just a mentality of acceptance of failer. The fans from the Bath days were just happy we survived and had a club ( and rightfully so ) but that's over 25 years ago and many still see us as that club and will not acknowledge our potential if invested in or given any success, and if you bring that said potential up they downplay it and say stuff like we haven't avg over 10k at home during a season in X amount of years. It's a negative, victim mentality to that is dated.

Forest Green v Bolton on TV right now. Pathetic indictment of the running of our club in recent times that right now there's a very good chance we'll be playing in a lower division than forest Green next season. Forest Green. Let that sink in!
