Today is a very big day in the history of BRFC.
Toni Watola continues his evidence at 10.30, I hope he got a good nights sleep. I'm not sure if he has had to attend Court previous but I'm certain it is very stressful.
I'll try to provide a brief update at lunchtime and a full report this evening.

Severn, did you have any legal training in your working life? Cos you give a brilliant report every day. I just wish we had had Judge Rinder doing this case

Big day for sure. Sainsbury's look to be setting out the argument we were trying to change the contract because it didn't add up for us.
I think now we are going to see what the complexities of this contract are and that is the bit that worries me

So today's the final day of the trial?
I have a bad feeling about this - but then all through Sunday's game I had a similar feeling, so maybe this is a good omen!

Whatever has been said in the past about TW, we all need him to play a blinder today.
I wish him well and he has my full support

There is one thing gambling with your own money, however gambling with the future of the club is another, after the Wycombe ineligible player fiasco I am messing my pants today. I hope the board have made the right decision here, and it has not come down to who has the biggest balls because we know that is Matteee Taylor!

Toni has just arrived, he looks OK.
No I have had no legal training, just a very open mind. The case must end Friday afternoon at the latest and I have been told it is unlikely to finish early.

There are 4 more witnesses after TW, but don't know details, but as Severncider suggests, this will go on till Friday pm.

I assume they are our witnesses then? Wonder who they are especially if NH isn't one

At present all we've heard is from Sainsbury's witnesses and they've hardly been brillant for them, it will be interesting to see how our own witnesses now put the club's own case forward.

Broken up for lunch and Watola has finished his evidence.
He did brilliantly and the Judge knocked back some of the legal questions as TW could not be expected to know the answer.
One other thing to emerge is if we win the case and Sainsbury are bloody minded and kick us out of The Mem instead of allowing us to play there whist we build UWE, we may have to play somewhere else!!!!!
It looks like case may not run into Friday. Full report later.

Well, I wasn't expecting that. Sounds like TW played a blinder.
