Heard that as of yesterday only 63 tickets have been sold so far.
Is that correct?

Is that correct? I wouldn't be surprised, I for one will not go.

Don't know if it's been mentioned on other threads but a Swindon fan told a friend of mine that their fans are being let in for free on production of a ticket stub from the original game. I thought we were ALL being asked to pay again.

Good show guys, hit that greedy, grasping Power Fool where it hurts - in his pocket.

Get a good result on the weekend and that will go up to 800 mark if they are on sale till Monday.

If Swindle had cushioned the blow of paying twice for one game, that might have helped. Half price tickets or perhaps some free food and drink and a programme thrown in.
But no. Effectively they've had the audacity to put the prices up.....
And still perhaps 800 people are willing to accept this treatment.

Anyone going to take any banners? Going but making a point of it could be the way to go.

Does anyone remember what happened with the postponed game at Wycombe a few years ago? Did fans with tickets get a discount/free ticket for the rearranged game?

Don't know if the 500+ is accurate, but just before the match on Tuesday, we had sold 215. As for the Wycombe cheats, in fairness to them, (can't believe I'm saying this) there was no issue over the ticket arrangements there. You either got a freebie to the rearranged game, or your money back.

Decent from Wycscum but their decision was probably largely to do with the fact it was 280 rovers fans not 2,800. Plus hardly any policing costs.

I'm not so sure a boycott doesn't just vindicate his decision.
If 2,500 turn up calling him a greedy robbing bar- steward then we make our point and so does the maths.
Once- a only a few turn up and Mr power makes a loss- he has an arguement to suggest he was correctt.

I wasn`t going to go, but was talked into it by a friend. Am not mentioning any names; you know who you are 1973.
