Things won't ever change as long as so many people continue to make excuses for and put up with constant mediocrity from the organisational side of this football club unfortunately. Mediocrity and apathy killed the footballing side of the club, and it's only recently been (mostly) restored by DC and the current squad. It remains on the organisational side in spectacular fashion.

To paraphrase Mr. T in Rocky III: "No, I don't hate Nick Higgs, but I pity the fool"

Green and black kit? New away colours?! Almost right. Yellow & Blue! That's alright then! Was just reading what it said on the team sheet!

Was the far side of the pitch literally a couple of feet away from a graveyard? I think I went with my club's first team when they actually played there, so shows how small-time it was I guess! (Not that that's an issue by any means, just thought it was interesting). It was yeah. I thought it was a bit of an issue tbh when the first ball that went out of play ricocheted of about four gravestones but no one else seemed to care. There was a lot of that when we played there haha. Changing rooms were absolutely tiny as well. Again, not that it matters.

Where do you live if you walked it?! How many fans were there? What did St George look like? Sorry for all the questions. I would have gone but had to pick a van up as going camping tomorrow. S'alright mate. I live in Shirehampton. I walked over the M5 bridge. Can't recommend if I'm honest. 60-70 maybe. Quite a few Gordanans it seemed. There were some little kids in Rovers shirts but I couldn't really pick out anyone who was obviously Rovers apart from this guy I know off twitter, Dave and myself. It looked like a small field behind a church tbh but expect my write up soon. Was the far side of the pitch literally a couple of feet away from a graveyard? Really like the look of Myrie-Williams, I'd be pleased to sign him if people can get around the C*ty connection. The kind of player you need one or two of in a squad, look at Carayol! Not sure about Ajala, I'd be inclined to say no but prepared to trust DC. Also not inspired by the keeper, the only reason to sign a third GK is if we can find one significantly better than WP and SM, and this one looks about the same level. Give Conrad Logan a call!

Now this is my kind of thread. Sex Pistols are puerile shuffle. Ramones invented punk. Sex Pistols went to see Ramones a year before they were formed and were dung scared of them because they thought they were a biker gang. The Velvet Underground sounds like four people playing their instruments for the first time. Radiohead are Coldplay for art students. The Killers / Kings of Leon / Mumford and Sons. No explanation needed. Agree with all of this except the Velvets, could be a bit hit and miss but there's some abosolute gems in there as well.

Oh lol. We aren't very good at welcoming new players are we? BTW, for those of you like me that visit otib. In case you hadn't noticed, they will dribble from the gums at anything we do. It's called obsession and ignorance. This. It's almost inevitable that new signings are torn a new one before even setting foot through the door. I remember Sinclair getting absolutely slated for what he was wearing in his first interview, think some even moaned about the beard. Wish people would give signings the chance to at least kick a ball in anger before judging them on mostly non-football related issues.

Not sure he's as good as some are making out, but not as bad as others will say either. Will do a job provided you have a decent left-back and a fast, direct right winger. He'll grab a few goals and is a good character in the dressing room, but he won't win you games.

Why is Lee Brown at right back ? How in hell is Parkin in the team? Second top scorer? And the positions aren't considered it's just best four defenders, four midfielders and two strikers regardless of specific role.

Out of interest, how do posters on here have an opinion about how good or bad all these League 2 players are? Apart from a three-second glimpse on the Football League Show, I know nothing about them. Not having a pop; just curious. Football Manager of course!

Would love to get involved with this but unfortunately still on the 360. If I can find a decent deal for an Xbox One and Fifa 16 package next year I might go for it with Rovers back on the game and hopefully this will still be up and running!
