Hope he signs , he’d be a decent addition, plus this place will be great entertainment for me in the close season I’m glad that someone who’s admitted assault by beating of a woman and is on trial for another is so entertaining to you. Has he admitted “assault by beating”? From what I’ve tried to find on internet it says that he has admitted assault.

I think it's worth pointing out to those who calculate attendance figures that any away fans located in the new south stand will result in an entire block of seating being left empty for security reasons to segregate fans. Counting the seating "dots" on the Clubs season ticket website shows Block A was the usual minimum away seating area with less existing seating than as proposed Block A has 597 seats, Block B has 566 seats. Thus if any games require Black B or C to be wholly closed off the maximum loss of revenue is approx say 566 x £22 average ticket price = £12452 loss per game. It's possible subject to safety concerns to only partially cover say 10 rows of seating (that's 50%) to minimise those concerns? That would halve the loss figure? I wonder if the 12500 capacity reflects the above. Currently the Mem holds about 9500 plus new stand 3500 Total 13000. Then the club will take away segregation say 500 arriving at 12500. Who knows just a quess? Are the Tents included in the 9500? Take them away and the capacity is approx 8000 Add on 3500 and the new capacity should be 11500. Would hope it’s more.

I am guessing this refers to HB saying that the club didn't respond, but this was due to an incorrect email address being used? Does that deserve an apology? It's sorted now so its all good surely? Or not? If I stated that someone hadn’t responded to correspondence, then realised that they hadn’t in fact received that correspondence, I would apologise. Everone is different I suppose. As I previously said very good news.

Very good news. Obviously The CEO couldn’t respond to the original email as it was sent to an old email address. seems like an apology is in order Herbert. Apology from whom? But yeah, good result 👍🏼 From herbertblake

Delighted to say Rovers CE0 has now responded to the Humphreys family ten months on but apparently the original email went to an old email address. But pleased to report the family have had an invite to the board room for a future match and the Silver Bowl presented to the former Chairman will take pride of place in a new trophy cabinet. Great to hear this. Very good news. Obviously The CEO couldn’t respond to the original email as it was sent to an old email address. seems like an apology is in order Herbert.

Sorry But I cannot believe why anybody living in Bristol would moan about travelling to watch the Rovers. I'm coming up 70 and my fortnightly trip to the Mem starts with me walking for 50 mins to the train station. Then nearly an hour on the train to TM. Then a 20 minute bus ride from TM to Horfield. Coming back I get a bus from Horfield to the centre then walk through Queens Square to TM ( 20 to 25 Mins walk ) then catch train . Walk for another 50 mins and arrive home for about 8pm. I say if you want to watch the Rovers you'll do it. A stadium at the FM would be the perfect opportunity to improve / upgrade rail routes into Temple Meads. The Portishead line being one example, but that's still as much as a pipe dream as it was when I was growing up in the town 30 years ago. We moved to Portishead 5 years ago and am surprised how many Rovers supporters are down here. The promised railway line from TM to Portishead would be fantastic but am not holding my breath!!!

Didn’t a group of (what I’ll only describe as **kheads) report him to the police for a very serious crime, which was as ridiculous as much as it was unfounded? Can understand why the guy might be a bit sensitive to the odd slating when he’s done nothing but amazing things for this football club and its supporters then have to put up with that s**t. Up the Gas & up the Wael. Yep. As well as the FA, the local council and tried to sell it to the press...Those dinosaurs call themselves Rovers fans as well as represented supporters for a good period of time. Why anyone felt the need to try and do that to an innocent man is beyond me, and the fact they knew him to be innocent will forever be unforgivable in my eyes. No one deserves that kind of mudslinging. I'm glad Wael got rid of them, the club and the SC has flourished and grown since their departure. Absolutely disgusting. Hopefully they have been stopped from attending games at The Mem.

Have managed to changed terraces after lots of swearing at ticketmaster on my phone!

Can anyone give me any advise on how to do this? Thanks UTG Last season when I had an issue changing from adult to senior, I contacted Ticketmaster help ( 03333219998 ) & they were very prompt on sorting it out, you will need to have your season-ticket account number. Failing that I would pop in or contact the club to solve your issue. Thanks, It should be an easy operation as I have my details etc but it won’t give me another option.

Last I knew they were living in (East?) London, and supporting AFC Wimbledon, also very much into following the England cricket team. I used to enjoy the fanzine, it was a good read. Can never understand how anyone could switch to supporting another club , it’s just weird . Same here. Even though I may not agree with everything that goes on behind the scenes, I could never support another football team. Very strange.

Personally I rather have a badge/ crest incorporating the Bristol coat of arms . Not for me or it'll look like City's old one. Why won’t it look like Rovers old one as we also had the Bristol coat of arms?

I wish I could say I remember exactly which match but it would have been December 1967, finally got dad to take me to a game as a birthday present - I was 9. Remember being so excited and loved every minute of being with my dad and his older brother my uncle John. Lasted until dad passed away in 2017. R.I.P both. Mine was at the end of the previous season, 66/67. QPR home, winning 2-1. That QPR team were the League Cup winners and won promotion. I was looking forward to seeing Rodney Marsh, but he didn’t t play. The Biggs, Jarman, Taylor, Mabbutt era. Sat on the fence by South Stand running track with others where the greyhound lights were folded down. UTG! Not the first game I went to but that QPR game was the first I remember. Sat on the fence at the front of the North Stand Enclosure.
