I wonder if supporters at all the other clubs that have debts go on about it so much, I mean there are 72 of them at least That is the very reason I have no sympathy for supporters of Bolton, Bury,Notts Co etc. Perhaps they should have been more vocal

One thing not mentioned previously about the AGM is that ALL of the current Directors are up for re-election.
It will be interesting to see those shareholders abstaining or opposing any of their re-election.
Yes, I know Wael's 90%+ vote will ensure all will be re-elected.

Why maddog? Wasn’t he the one accused me of being Tony Watola..?? 😂 Yes he did call you that. I fell about laughing when he made that comment. Strange that he only posted two messages, one against you the other against me. I know who he is and he has shut up since. Will he be at the AGM?

I have already planned some holidays/events for next season before the fixtures are out.
In previous years I have always waited until the fixtures are out before planning these. It's OK, I have renewed my season ticket, so no loss to the club.
If we get new custodians quickly, my hopes for the future will be enhanced.

For a club that applied for planning for three barn conversions on the Colony site and had the application thrown out because it failed to include one simple report, took nearly a year to get a screen put up, failed to put its accounts in on time which has been described as shoddy by a financial expert , how on earth would we ever manage to buy land, get finance to build a stadium, get planning permission and get the stadium built. Not only do our present owners need training in PR ,but they just don't appear to understand how to run business in this country. Who said anything about it being the present custodians who are involved in this?

I do not think I said that as I would NEVER give a date as I have no idea when things may happen. I'm sure I said "I hope it will be before the AGM". I'm sure Topper will clarify. Your words and I quote "Let's hope there is good news BEFORE the AGM"...unnecessary capitalisation then, slip of the finger on the cap locks. Why do you hope the news is before the AGM then? Why do you also have belief in what you think Knowall was told. Just to clarify, I wouldn't lose any sleep if there is nothing in this, its either believe there is two parts of F all going on or have hope that some truth in what people have heard on here. So I said I "hoped" a bit different from saying it "would" happen before the AGM. The reason for mentioning the AGM was very simple. I reckon a number of difficult and uncomplimentary questions will be asked. If a takeover is to take place, it would be best that any new custodians can set out their vision for the future as I fear the current custodians have little to add to an already depressing situation. Just my opinion, which I am sure is not held by everybody. Is the Chairman and the CEO speaking to one another?

Spot on. I have said it before and will say it again. Nobody on here has a clue as to what's going on and events up to now back that up. As you have said nobody has a clue, so doesn't really matter if either are way off if nobody else has an idea. We all would be delighted if there turns out to be some truth. Serverncider said before the AGM. If there is nothing to come from the club before then, I wont lose any sleep. It is is what it seems currently, a lost cause with not much progression being made. I do not think I said that as I would NEVER give a date as I have no idea when things may happen. I'm sure I said "I hope it will be before the AGM". I'm sure Topper will clarify.

Debt to Dwayne Sports up 4.655million to 13.229 million 2 years at this rate and its over 20 million. How much is the Mem worth? That's a 50% increase on the previous 12 months?

Away from home until tomorrow so cannot see accounts.
What is the outstanding debt now and how much is due in the next twelve months?
This is of course up to 30th June 2018, I dread to think what it is now.

Why don't the club use the car park on non-match days as a park and shuttle to Southmead Hospital if they want to make money, instead of milking supporters. No-one is forced to pay the charge and parking spaces are like gold dust.

The issue for me is the fact that the ambition at the club seems to have completely dried up and it appears that apart from Wael the rest of the family have given up interest. You only have to look at the Colony site to see this. City are maximising their revenue from non football events like concerts and top class conference event facilities whereas we are relying on car boot sales in the car park. I can’t see for the life of me how we can ever hope to pay back the money we owe and how we stop them spiralling out of control.without a major injection of cash and who is willing to do that? The rest of the family had no interest from Day 1 if Wael's first few interviews are anything to go by. I simply believe that Wael had honourable intentions and still does, but he didn't do his homework thoroughly enough and has bitten off way more than he can chew. It's sad for him but it's even more sad for Gasheads who rightly or wrongly thought the dawn had finally arrived at our club. In reality the night seems to be going on for far longer than we had hoped. As I have said many times before, it was interesting at the first AGM of the current custodians, that the Chairman admitted that "they were unaware of certain things before taking over the club". That is incompetence at the highest level not to do the due diligence fully. Unlike Knowall, I would never say there is good news on the horizon. I have NO idea if any new owners would be better than the past custodians of the football club. Yes, they may build us a new shiny stadium, but are they better at running a football club? Only time will tell.

Henbury Gas and Knowall, you are both singing from same hymn sheet it would seem. How not too distant are we talking; Next week, the next month, six months? What Americans are we expecting? If you know so much, you might as well post it, I think people are a bit fed up of cryptic messages. If it was confidential, then how did you find out, who is your source? Count me in as well. I believe what Knowall is saying. Let's hope there is good news BEFORE the AGM.

Do you expect it to come public before, during or after the AGM? Presumably there could be some awkward questions at the AGM either way. Do we ever find out anything at any of these meetings? Yes. After the last AGM the "Top Table" were VERY unhappy at some of the questions asked and the implication of those questions. I can assure them that this years AGM will be a "bit lively".

Bristol Rovers have been warned by HMRC that sending in their financial accounts late will incur a £100 fine, wiping out their complete new player budget for 2019/20 season.
Or some of the Directors expenses claims.
