Ed Ware’s business bankrupted a lot of families when his company got hit in 2008, looks like he survived very well though with cash in the bank - many didn’t. Got no time for men like him! You sir, talk absolute 💩. How about starting with some facts like he poured millions in trying to keep it afloat against the tide of the global recession which hit the building trade harder than any other and when it was unrecoverable he then entered CVA and kept the site going paying back creditors with each sale what was available instead of bankrupting the whole business. Many of the tradesman that worked for him on that one particular housebuilding project still work for him today and have been with him 25+ years. Anyone would think you are related too him.

But you have always insisted "it will never happen". Haven’t I already told you to bore off you old fart ? FYI I may of become exasperated in the past and said I don’t think it will ever happen , probably most Gasheads have . What I don’t need is a sanctimonious prat like you to keep trolling me thanks. Get over it . Utg 😀 I am more than happy to keep reminding you. Get use to it.

So ..... these people with creditable football expertise, do you think they have any links to Rovers in the past or just outsiders ? I reckon there has to be someone involved who has past Gas links But you have always insisted "it will never happen".

Perhaps Wael could explain (if he reads this forum)why a confidentiality clause appears not to apply to the Fruit Market announcement last Saturday. jeez are we actually moaning that there's not a confidentiality clause now There is a Confidentiality Agreement in force and Wael SHOULD NOT have mentioned this. I just hope he has not put the whole matter in jeopardy.

Positive news and a short walk from Temple Meads. Let’s hope the family can pull it off and we have a stadium to be proud of. But up until a few weeks ago, Wael was scrambling around trying to find out where the "new owners" were proposing to buy this plot. For him to claim any credit in finding this site is a joke. The Consortium wanting to buy the club and this land have been negotiating for months. This was the news that Knowall and several others knew about for ages.

I’m gonna honour my ( very) long standing promise and purchase my first season ticket for the new stadium. Can’t make all home games but if the club our gonna fulfill my life’s long ambition to see the Gas play in a purpose built stadium after 40 odd yrs of watching , it’s the least I can do . Fingers crossed Gasheads You've changed your tune. You said it will never happen.

Morning gashead1981 How do you know this please as I have never heard this from anyone prior to this. I did see a fair few who were saying Cotterill would be a good choice though. Thanks in advance Told directly by a member of the club. It was the reason that we couldn’t announce GC sooner, who was the first choice of the rest of the board and seen as the natural successor to DC. Why did we wait for week 3 or 4 post DC to announce him? It wasn’t because GC was getting a work on the job interview. It was because there was vast lobbying for Cotts and why he was sat with Hamer at a game or 2. If you recall from most threads on here. 90% didn’t want Cotts near our club. Most wanted Holloway back. I can confirm the veracity of this. In fact there was a split in the Board as whether to appoint him until the end of that season with an optional extension or to give him a 2 1/2 year contract.

I attended the Conference game, Kiddeminster v Nuneaton in 1999 when Wendy Toms refereed the game with two female assistant referees, the first time in the world this ever happened.
Managed to get the program signed by all three officials.

Perhaps Ken is not/unable to raise some of his concerns in public. He’s never had any problems with that before? The infamous text message springs to mind... You make my point. He tried to raise some of his concerns via a Supporters Club member not directly with the public/membership. I take a different slant on the OP's message. Was he asked to post this?

Have had a look on the supporters club website and can not find details on the player of the year awards. Out of interest who was their player of the year, James Clarke possibly? If so, that would have been a pointless exercise. Or have I got the wrong end of the stick and gasincider is talking about the last home game of the season when the awards are usually presented. I can not remember if they were, usually done before kick off? Come on Ken, there's a few questions for you? Knowall tells us that Ken Masters is much more up to date with things at the club than we are and Ken hasn't said anything so everything must be fine. Why doesnt Gasincider take it up with his rep on the board who clearly has no issue with how things are run? Perhaps Ken is not/unable to raise some of his concerns in public.

Yes Larkhall are a decent team and the result was no surprise and was expected by some of the coaching staff.
The players did not give up trying but they were outgunned and outmuscled by more experienced players.
This later point raised a serious question at the game. We appear to have more coaches on the bench than substitutes. It was farcical and again rises the question of overspending at the football club.

Another ground to cross off the list, looking forward to it. f**k me you know how to live, good luck! Mind you they’ve probably got a better ground than us. And not dumb enough to be travelling up and down the M5 on probably the busiest weekend for traffic.

We won 3-0, goals from Kavanagh, Widdrington and Phillips. We played very well and I think that is the first time we have beaten Cinderford.

He's very good at asking fellow BRSC supporters to spread malicious rumours about fellow BRFC Board members.
