As some tell me I am not one of Nicks greatest fans regarding his statements regarding the Consortium and the current outstanding debts at BRFC.
However I'd like to say a big thank you for pursuing the signature of Gaffney, as you indicated to me at the Barnet game on Saturday.
Now if you discuss the terms of an investment in BRFC within the next two weeks with the Consortium you ARE aware of, I'd be a very happy bunny. Yep, i'm no fan of higgs but fair play to him on this, he and clarke have delivered. If he can now deliver the uwe with 100% ownership to original spec he will go from hero to zero. A lasting legacy can still be achieved, as long as egos aren't allowed to get in the way. hero to zero? shome mishtake shurely

Yeah, at our level we are unlikely to sell anyone for enough to make a genuine difference to out financial position. Even the duke who went for a million would only scratch the surface of our debts. Better to keep hold of our squad, get promoted (maybe not this year) and build from there.

10 o'clock is when baggins has his first pee of the morning. 11 o'clock is when he has his first sh1t. He normally then wakes up at 12 o'clock. 10:00 Stand easy or tea and toast as I knew it! Are there two 10 O'clocks in the day?

I guess it just depends if DC is happy to continue with Mildy in goal, and if he's happy for Preston to play should Mildy get injured/suspended, if he's not happy with both or either one of these things then we'll be signing a goal keeper, if he is happy with that then fair enough, just have to see what he does next I thought there is/was a question mark over Preston's fitness. Was it fitness or current ability?

More likely to catch on is a variation on the Mattee Taylor C0cks in the cup songs Rory Gaffney - he's caught by the balls
or the 'It's Amore' version
When you're caught by the balls but you score lots of goals Rory Gaffney Rory Gaffney

Dc said he wanted three, if I remember rightly. Probably a GK I would think.

Derry's not bitter: The U’s have now negotiated a permanent deal for the 26-year old and commenting on the switch, Manager Shaun Derry said: “The intention of Rory moving to Bristol Rovers on loan was for him to return fitter, stronger and in a better frame of mind, solely focussed on the remainder of the season. Sadly Rory came back wanting to move to Bristol Rovers and when a player makes that decision, we only want people here who want to play for this football club. Everybody has to be 100% committed to what we want to achieve and with Rory saying he wanted to be elsewhere then our minds our made up. We have been able to secure a deal with Bristol Rovers that is right for our football club.” Funny how he was going to let him go for free a few weeks ago.

I like the guy and I like Torquay. Hope he has a blinder for the rest of the season and helps keep them up.

It's just an attempt at justifying why they're so far behind us when they won the league and we finished second last year. It's all just media talk anyway, who cares what he really thinks. Fixed that for you

Many trains are "Dry" especially for trains that carry football supporters. They have a sign at the end of the platform saying that. If you try and smuggle booze on to the train the Transport Police will arrest you. What, even if it's already inside you.
