I give up. Not recognizing my surname online. Can't get through on the phone. Tried Seetickets general number but they just gave me the 0844 number again. Will wait till Thursday now. That's 2 hours of my life I won't get back again.

Should there be a "THE I CANNOT BUY MY WEMBLEY TICKET THREAD" somewhere?
I obviously have the wrong surname.

Nope - doesn't work for me either. ST holder for 3 years but apparently not on the database. Arse.

I too have taken to venting my stress via the medium of Twitter! Sending three per day on average. Getting lots of re-tweets so hopefully word is spreading. Think we should try some sort of protest on Saturday, particularly if the tv cameras are going to be there. How about a wet t-shirt contest on the pitch using the fair play sainsbury shirt.... Is Michelle Thorne coming back then?

Just seen the highlights...looks like a clear push just as Puddy was about to catch the ball. Nothing can change it now so on to Saturday. All is not lost.

Just looked at the video again - yes Lockyer was in the 6 yard box but in the middle, leaving the near post exposed. Tight(ish) angle maybe but a competent/confident striker should have nailed it. Lines's effort was more of a reflex attempt taking into account the speed of Matty's cross.

Still can't believe how the Chester guy missed that open goal after Puddy's miskick - he could have walked the ball into the net, knelt on his hands and knees and used his nose (or similar appendage) to poke it in or simply tapped it in. Worst miss I have seen for years. The buzz around the ground afterwards lasted a good few minutes! Credit to Puddy for not letting it affect him though.
Anyone seen a worst miss? The only one I can recall was Robin Stubbs hoofing a shot from 2 yards out over the bar in the early 70s. Or didn't Eliot Richards miss a sitter a year or so ago?

Without trying to be awkward, I think it's more realistic that the Earth will crash into the Sun, rather than the other way about. I remember an episode when Thunderbird 3 came within one mile of the Sun and it was really hot. Alan was pouring with sweat, I really do not want this to happen. It could be a health hazard. I saw that episode too. Should have done that journey at night. It would have been much cooler.

Enjoyed the morning but concur with most of the comments above.
- Food would have been welcome, pasties, pies, bacon butties etc.
- More discounts in the shop were needed, with only a few games left a discount on this year's gear would have cleared much of the stock.
- Shop was heaving at times, maybe having separate entrance/exits would have made life easier for all.
- Player's session was chaotic. I thought with the players all lined up a queuing system would have been more efficient. Sadly it turned into a free-for-all with some over enthusiastic ladies suffering from PMS (Pushy Mum Syndrome) forcing their little darlings ahead of use queue-abiding (and very patient) Gasheads.
- A few years back the players wandered over to the terraces after the training session and mingled with the fans - worked really well and should possibly have been considered this time. Think Shaun North did a running commentary on the training methods too, and produced little diagrams so we could understand.
- Freebie old programmes were very welcome - maybe there were some other old/outdated items from the shop which could have be cleared?
But on the whole my lad enjoyed it, took plenty of pictures and enjoyed his chats with the players and DC. A bit of fine-tuning for the next one and it could prove to be even more popular next time.

Absolutely numbed by this news - can't believe all this happened in an area I used to live in many years back. Words don't exist to reflect my feelings. Heartfelt condolences to the family. RIP Becky.

From what I have seen of Balanta this season I feel there is an excellent player in there waiting to come out. Don't think he was fully fit at the start of the season and I am sure he is not 100% yet. His first touch on Tuesday was invariably heavy, which will be bound to improve with more game time. However his vision and control once in possession looked impressive. Just think he needs a regular run, both starting games and as an impact sub. He has an important role to play over the next 10 games and hopefully he will peak at the right time.
