Alasana Manneh currently playing in Danish 2nd tier is worth scouting. He's eligible with permit rules and out-of-contract next summer with him reportedly earning about £2,140 pw at his current club. With his range and lovely weight of pass I can see why Barcelona had him on their books as a youngster after signing him from the ASPIRE Academy.

19-year-old Hartpury student King Baidoo. Pace, power, finishing ability. Also playing for Westfields in the Hellenic League where he has 5 goals in 6 starts since joining in November. Played for England Schools side in the past. Work Permit might be an issue...I'm not sure about this, but think he might be on a student visa as he came to Hartpury through the Right to Dream project that produced the likes of Ghanaian internationals David Accam (ex Evesham Utd) and Abdul Majeed Waris... although if there is any chance we could do something to get him into the club it would be worth it IMHO. Certainly worth a closer look. Loads of potential. Hartpury: Westfields: Interesting to see King Baidoo attracting interest of clubs at a higher level with trials at both Gloucester City and Lincoln City. The above was what I wrote about him 4 years ago. If he does get a move to somewhere like Gloucester City it will be worth keeping an eye on him. x.com/tigerroarcouk/status/1809619820557517038

This is a good example of why I’ll never be a scout or involved in pro football, as despite seeing how good he was, never even occurred to me even at that young age he would only get better and could potentially go pro. If Rovers really wanted to do the basic of basic scouting. I’d definitely be watching lads at: Hartbury Bristol Central UWE (now playing Bristol combination) Stoke Gifford (now changed their name to Stoke Gifford SGS United). This is where all the young talent in the local areas will be now.

One of the analyst's at the club is a Hartpury graduate, so I'm sure he has an idea about any promising lads there, like Josh Roney for example.

Watched the Estonia-Faroe Islands game today and the 22-year-old 6ft 3in CF Alex Tamm took his goal well and got an assist. Reportedly earning about £105 pw at current club and out-of-contract next November. Certainly a player worth watching again. View AttachmentI've watched Alex Tamm a few times now and he looks a good prospect. Hat-trick Today:

I mean if he’s earning £105 a week he earns £5.5k a year… presumably he’s part time in that case, so we’d need to add in a c£40k annual wage to balance that off, or in other examples the cost of living must be miniscule or again be alongside a main job. Be interesting to know the real life implications of considering a player listed? All very intriguing.

Be interesting to know the real life implications of considering a player listed? All very intriguing. It might not be accurate, hence why I put a question mark next to it on the attachment graphic. I stumbled across the FMInside.net site and they provided wage data for the Estonian Meistriliiga league database on the football manager game. I know they are quite realistic and accurate in some cases, as I have checked wages for certain players that I know of and the wage on the game accurately correlates. I know it's only a game, but they employ 100's of researchers and about 10 years ago remember reading articles about clubs using the database as a scouting tool and Everton reportedly even buying access to the database so they could have a first look. Whatever the true wage figure, it won't be very much and certainly affordable. Alex Tamm's current club play in a stadium with a 650 capacity.
